I imagine it's the same salty goodness when you crush a bag of ramen and pour the salt packet in and mix it and eat it like chips. It's the most unhealthy food you can have when you've got nothing and it's good. Also most likely cheaper than buying this pringle packet.

So open a pack of ramen noodles, take out the flavor packet, and dump that flavor packet on some plain sodium free potato chips.

Depends but generally wheat based (with egg and other stuff) and they "dry" them by deep frying. So the 600% argument holds water (some pun intended.
