Opposing force is what made me keep an eye out for Gearbox titles, just strait up a better Half-Life than Half-Life.

Now I only remember that they make unfunny borderland sequels and not a new Brother in Arms game.

Next time Alyx gets a good sale I'm gonna try it out since the NoVR mods are so mature these days.

It has been said before but it’s good because it utilises VR really well. A lot of the puzzles and combat scenarios really lend themselves well to VR specifically.

Playing it in pancake mode wouldn’t make it anymore than just an average shooter imo.

They actually did a good job with the interaction. Kinda turns it into a immersive sim like Amnesia with all the little props you can open and close. After seeing the Apple goggles, I'm surely not buying a headset until we get that level tech at a consumer level price. Gonna be a while! All the other headsets just became outdated tech.
