Hey Guys,
I set up a Pi 2 as a retro console last night, and it worked well for me, I have a couple of questions though (apologies if they've been answered)
1. Is there any way to easily set up save states? I want to play through Mario Lost Levels for example, but don't fancy doing it without save states. All I can seem to do is boot back to menu using Start + Select (I'm using a PS4 controller)
2. I've copied over some games using a USB stick. If I remove the games I've already transferred and put new ones on to be transferred, will they be added to the ones on there, or will they wipe the ones on there already?
3. IS N64 performance universally terrible? I loaded up Goldeneye and it was unplayable...
Thanks!
Hey! Other people will be able to add a lot more than I can, but I can help with save states - i believe that select & triangle opens up the in-emulator menu for the SNES and you can do all your save state stuff there.
N64 performance seems pretty bad. I overclocked my 2 and games (outside of Mario 64) tend to stutter a lot. I haven't tried many games though.
