I haven't checked PSN today, but I know it had everything selected when I last checked. I wonder if it'll download both PS4/5 versions on PS5 if you don't manage what you want downloaded. I made sure I checked all the PS5 versions (Main game, DLC, mini OST, etc).

Check it when you have time, I would be interested in what size the pre-load is on PS5. Seems pretty low number on XSX, if it's really the "biggest RE yet"...

Man I really appreciate being able to preload the game on Xbox with the app and then just have to pop the disc in after I pick it up.

Download size doesn't mean anything lol, there are 8-10hour games close to 100GB like DOOM and pretty big games at 15 or less
It won't be the biggest but i expect the largest REngine RE yet

Yeah I know that size does not say much, but I am used to 50GB+ mutliplayer shooters with few maps. So that's why the.... concern

Well I am not sure about that, but the Xbox version is smart delivery, so I would expect, that same thing applies to Playstation.

I mean I can find info that having PS4 version allows me to download digital PS5 version. But that would be highly exploitable - I mean buy PS4 version, get digital PS5 version, sell ps4 version. Maybe you will be required to keep PS4 disc inside...

With PS5 it works like this. You can go to the PS Store and get the free upgrade version, and download that, but to play it, you still need to have the PS4 version disk inserted, so they know you actually own the game.

Tomorrow the embargo is suppose to lift. That's what I read anyway. I think I might ignore the reviews. I'm super excited. Tomorrow is the 5th!

Tbh after demo I am waiting for reviews. Gonna see what ACG and Skill Up gonna say about this one. I found their reviews pretty honest.

Demo made me worry in some aspects. Gunplay feels like two steps down after RE2Remake... and this time we got more action-oriented experience. Did my preorder few hours ago but I will cancel it in favour of Returnal if the horror aspect of the game will fail.
Somehow Bakers estate in the middle of swamp creeped the fuck out of me while here nothing seems to be scary... I hope exploration and puzzles will be in point. If not... here comes Returnal!

I am still excited. The Village setting, cool looking villains, and the game looks beautiful. That's enough for me. I survived RE5's mediocre reviews and enjoyed that game. Even when RE5 didn't do what 4 did, there was still a lot to get out of that game. I don't expect Village to flop. I get how some critics are spot on with their analysis, but months from now it's more about how you feel about it. What you get from it. No reason to get down now because there's speculation that a potential reviewer had a bad time with it. Lol
