Engine stutter can happen on every platform.

Last game i played on ps5 that used ue5 was callisto protocol and it stuttered like a bitch at launch and even after 3 patches (not sure how it runs now)

Callisto is not UE5 though, it’s UE4

You may be right but that hardly change anything, Ps5 doesn't have ue5 optimization, no platform has it, and even in the same platform you can have wildly different results, for example i didn't had much stutter in ds remake or hogwarts but for some people it was almost unplayable, so at least on pc, results can vary, not sure if that happen between different ps5.
Those are ue4 games aswell but i guess it's the same for ue5 games, i heard people having big problems with sh2 remake but i had very few problems.

RTX 4090 cant hit 60 fps at 4k without DLSS. basically, if you have anything less than that, you’re playing at 1080p or 1440p to get a stable performance.

Or you can turn down to very high\high a couple of settings and get 20 to 30+ frames like most people do.

But i get your point, the game seems heavy and it doesn't look that impressive at all.

Keep in mind when nvidia say with dlss3 above they mean frame generation aswell as dlss upscaling. It's in the very fine print bottom left, 1080p base res with FG.

edit: should also mention max settings are probably going to be hard to distinguish from medium/high and cost you a good chunk of performance going by previous ue5 games. I don't think this is using any nvidia stuff like rtxdi etc just standard ue5 tech.

150 on PC. I had to search Stalker 2 to find it. It only downloaded 10MB and now says preinstalled.

You need to do repair if you already downloaded the 10MB. I did that weeks ago and the stupid thing says "play". When I clicked manage and then repair it started the 150 GB download.

The early install things are always a joke on Gamepass PC. Atomic Heart was the worst. full preload then full redownload a week later then a huge patch.
