Capcom will just need to figure out how to use the gyroscope, touchpads, and 3D stereoscopic stuff so they can make the most kickass RE in the world.

That said, I think after GC, Capcom will be reluctant not to put RE on Playstation next gen. Nintendo's next might get it too, but I think PS3 is a lock.

RE4 was in development at one time but it changed so much that it evolved into DMC. After that it was moved to the GC because Mikami kept complaining about how hard it was to develop for the PS2.

I doubt that Clover Studio will even be allowed to develop any Capcom created property. Note that any franchise that Clover is working on...Was created by Clover.

Xenon and PS3 both a user base of zero. When PS3 launches Xenon will have a bigger userbase. I fail to see how ps3 will make up for sales.

Actually they can,Kobayashi himself said that Clover has access to all Capcom's assets,so if Mikami wants to develop Resident Evil 5 at Clover he can if Capcom's executives and other Production Studios have nothing against it.

I could see GTA being exclusive to Xenon, but only in a timed fashion. Rockstar knows the value of their property, and at the moment that's best exploited on a multiplatform basis.

I'm pretty sure they auctioned off a timed exclusive to the highest bidder, and I'm sure both MS and Sony were very aggressive with that. We'll have to wait and see who won it.

no, but i can give u a lil history lesson regarding the playstation brand and the competition...but then, im sure u know that one all 2 well. Playstation brand in the gaming biz >> nintendo, ms, mario and halo combined (look up ps2 sales versus the competition if u need proof).
