I'm looking to replace my archaic Canon BJC-210 Printer. It still prints, but the feeder tray doesn't work so great and paper tends to get jammed about 8 out of 10 prints. What I'd like to replace it with is one of those "all-in-one" machines that can scan and copy as well as print.
My main concern above all else is ink cartridge costs. Though my current Canon was relatively cheap when I got it, the ink cartridges still cost between $25-30 dollars apiece. I don't even bother with my newer Lexmark because ink for that printer is even more expensive. I'm sure in both cases, I've paid more than 5x the original cost of the printer on ink alone.
So if you know of a good all-in-one unit, or perhaps a particular brand that doesn't stick you with ultra high ink cartridge costs, please let me know.
