Recommend easy to play games while listening to podcasts/youtube

So I've been playing Soccer Physics like a madman lately whilst listening to podcasts/youtube, as it helps me focus and stop fidgeting around. I want recommendations for more easy games that don't require you to focus on them particularly hard. Just something that's mind-numbingly fun, with easy controllers that allows you to concentrate on what you're listening to. Preferrably offline games for PC.

I tried a few other games, but it was too much, and I was losing attention. Also, I like playing card games or pokies, and it was working for some time. But the more I play, the more interested and involved I become. And some time ago I came across this page https://pokiesman1.net/free-pokies/dragon-link/ where I found out about Dragon Link Pokie Machine and tried it, so now I can't play and listen to something because all my attention is dedicated to a pokie.
Oh, I used to play this game too some time ago. But now, somehow, I manage to listen to something without doing something else. Well, I can check X from time to time.
Vampire Survivors is a cool game too, and maybe Loop Hero

Grinding in may RPGs. To be honest, the idea, of playing a game to listen to a podcast is absurd to me. I play games to engage with them, how can I engage if I'm listening to podcasts? I listen to podcasts when I'm doing boring stuff or waiting something. No really good games would have both of that.

This might be slightly controversial but Ubisoft games, specifically Assassin's Creed and maybe some of Far Cry and Watch Dogs as well. Definitely including The Division 2.

When I was binging some of these series, outside of cutscenes I would do a lot of the secondary content, like climbing towers, while listening to a podcast. Ubisoft essentially makes a lot of content busywork in their games so it combines perfectly with something secondary playing in the background.

When I don't have the brain power to get into a game but I want to wind down, I'll often play WoW and throw on a podcast or Youtube.

I pick a nice spot and just go finishing. Stock up on a load of items and put them on the auction house.
