PCI Latency, The Root Of All Evil

9800 Pro's original latency settings were 248!!! I did everything I could but the lag in Battlefield Vietnam, UT2004 wasn't going away. Changing these values has given me a nice FPS boost!

Everything was 0 except my videocard was 255... Set it to 0, lets see if it anything happens.
