I had the same idea before, but it's hard for me to keep it now......

Look at those posts, every convention/event (even as small as Taibei Game Show) people come out and got disappointed.....Sony wants us to do this for another year?

Ourcolony was a whole lot of effort over nothing, really. Although you could say that a lot of people expend a lot of effort on all these "whatever-tons" that never materialise, and at least MS channeled that.

Within 3 months you'll have PS3 info coming out of your ears, possibly sooner than that.

What about the possobility of Sony pulling an Apple... Apple doesn't tend to announce new products months before they come out. We know the PS3 exists and that's all we need to know at this point.

It'd be pretty big if at E3, Sony said "Here's the PS3, and you all will be able to buy it next month".

That would be hilarious though if Sony pulled an Apple and made a sudden announcement saying the PS3 would be on sale a month after the announcement. I can't even gauge the type of reaction that would result on the internet, but I would imagine it would be complete shock and awe. Not to mention the backlash real analysts would face.

I don't care if it is delayed, but I rather see them pull the PS3 launch out of nowhere to see the aftermath on the internet, it would be glorious.

Sorry, I just find all that stuff such a waste a time. Its great if you're a big MS fan, but it like them making their fans do the work of promoting the goods in a rathere dis-ingenue fashion.

Yeah, showing fake cg movies and saying they're real. Then giving absolutely no info on the system or games when it's "going to launch in a few months" in Japan. Hype machine to the max!

There was a video that revealed the design of the console and most of the specs. Problem was that almost all of that info had already been leaked by other means.

Not that I know anything about that.
