Replying to your post at era, don't "punish" yourself by not eating, that's just your depressive, pessimistic side taking over you.
As others have suggested, do a bit of exercise instead. Pick one activity you may find enjoyable (gym, jogging, a sport, swimming, cycling, whatever you wish) and have fun doing it a few days each week. Not only will that take care of your weight problems, but it'll also make you feel a lot better about yourself.
Don't expect depressive places like era to magically help with your problems, either. Posting in that forum is only asking yourself to feel even more miserable. Instead, seek profissional help, if you feel you need to, and perhaps try to take a break from the internet for a few days due to how negative it can be. Alternatively, just focus on reading threads about subjects that your enjoy, like your favourite games, books, movies, etc. If you're going to spend some time on the internet, at least make good use of that time.
