I guess the last chance for RE8 and RE4R having all DLC physical is Switch 2... but then again, I don't want to imagine the performance on that thing. :/

The DLC is a voucher in the package, it's not included on disc. You might as well pick up the DLC separately right now.
There's no other additions.
