Weird casting choice for Barry. Keamy?
The novelisation's gone on sale. Here's a summary of the whole film from imdb:

Dedicated to fans of Resident Evil IN ALL ITS MANIFESTATION.
"This novel is based on Mr. Paul WS Anderson's script for Resident Evil Retribution, which I had a lot of fun reading and adapting. Everything in the screenplay is dramatized in the novelization.
All the dialogue in the script is found in the novel too. Other dialogue, of course, has been invented for the novel. A novel requires legroom and stretching and there are scenes and characters and even a SUBPLOT not found in the film-but they are all inspired by the screenplay: by settings, ideas, events and character type found in the screenplay.
And the film's continuity is very much the overriding structure of this novelization. So far as I'm aware, nothing in the novel contradicts the film. And now...we have a dark journey to undertake together..."

Alice hopes Wesker is dead and mentions how he was the most powerful person next to LORD SPENCER but he died a long time ago.
(Looks like the Author might've used alot of elements from the games and put them in the novel. Looking forward to hopefully having things I'll notice as a gamer mentioned in it.)
Anyway, Umbrella attacks and...its pretty much what you see in the trailer described word for word in the novel. They attack, Jill comes down, fires at Alice who escapes, fires at a Osprey that crashes and explodes, throwing her off the ship and into the water where she is then pulled out and then...
Wakes up with her husband Todd and remembers those events but presumes they're a nightmare and gets up from bed. Its obviously Alice's Clone who retains the former's memories.
Chapters 1 to 5 is Clone Alice.
Wakes up from the Acardia Battle nightmare. Quick stuff with Todd, basically same crap we see in trailer.
Zombie attacks Todd. More burst inside. Alice and Becky escape into Laundary Room. Climb into Attic where Alice gets a Bat. They escape through crawlspace? into living room and get chased into bedroom. Alice and Becky escape through window into the street where chaos ensures.
They nearly get hit by Rain's Car. They get inside and escape more zombies. A truck comes and smashes into them and the Car turns upside down. Alice and Becky escape from crashsite into a empty house. Alice turns back to see that Rain was alive and is surrounded by zombies while shes still in the car.
Alice and Becky escape into house and look around. A Zombie breaks inside. Alice and Becky hide in closet. Zombie comes inside. Alice hides Becky in blankets and makes a run for it to distract the zombie. Zombie gives chase, tackles Alice, Alice escapes, both go crashing over balcony down staircase. Zombie impaled through stomach.
Alice gets up, turns, and comes face to face with zombie Todd who kills her.
Real Alice wakes up naked in facility after having suffered those...memories.
Chapter 6:
Alice wakes up in white room with Umbrella Symbol on floor. Then all lights go off and room is in darkness.
Up above in a room Alice can see Jill through the window.
"Who are you working for? Why did you turn Project Alice?" bla, bla...
Alice asks Jill what happened and THREE times in a row we get this scene of Jill interrogating and then torturing Alice with loud noise.
Forth time Alice wakes up some has revealed a shelf with a Umbrella Battle uniform and drink. Alice takes them and then follows the opening of a door into a corridor.
Jill and other soldiers wearing masks and scarabs awaken to the sound of a alarm. Jill checks systems and discovers Alice is out of her cell. She orders a capture.
A row of laser beams come on and charge at Alice. Alice runs and escapes the white corridor just in time and into Tokyo Square.
Using a Chain she finds, she breaks a police car window and takes the gun. Then wanders about when rain starts pouring in and people come out and then Alice witness J-Pop girl attacking random guy. End of chapter.
Chapter 7 Spoilers.
Outbreak occurs in Tokyo.
A Shop opens up to reveal a large white corridor. Alice runs inside with some people and the zombies chase them down.
Alice fights them. Then makes a run for it into another room and the walls close, sealing off the undead.
Jill arrives in Alice's Cell and looks around to find out how she got away. She then contacts CONTROL for info.
Alice finds herself in CONTROL. The monitors and Control Crew rise out the floor and they're all dead with bullets in them. Alice then sees the Weapon Stand. (ADA AND ALICE CLIP)
Alice is about to cut Ada's throat when Wesker reveals himself.
"I killed you" - Alice.
"THAT WAS A CLONE" "Do you really think I'd put myself in harm's way?"
He then explains about the facility, saying this is the facility where Umbrella tested their bio-weapons before selling it to the different countries.
Examples, Tokyo Outbreak similation, they showed it to the Japanese and sold it.
London, Moscow, American Smilations of outbreaks and sold their Virus to those countries.
IN OTHER WORDS...I believe/think they're trying to say those different countries unleashed the virus and the intro scene in Afterlife was a similation.
Still, THE WESKER IN AFTERLIFE WAS A F..KING CLONE!!!
CHAPTER 8 SPOILERS.
Wesker explains they're in "The straits of Kamchatka" where the old Soviet Union build Submarine Pens. Umbrella came and transformed the Pens into various Country Similations as part of their BOW experiments.
Ada tells Alice they have friends coming to help them but they need to go through the Pens to get to the otherside.
Jill is still in Control and thinks about removing the scarab only for it to send signals and making her focus again. In her mind she explains how she wanted to tell Alice she's sorry but the Scarab keeps her under control and s..t. They learn Control is dead and the facility goes into shut down mode and they go after Alice who is 20 minutes ahead of them. Jill explains there is TRAITOR among them (Obviously Ada who worked for them)
Two Armored Trucks cross the Icey and Submarine grave yard and arrive at a large structure, a AIR VENT for the facility below.
We are introduced to Luthor who is with Leon, Barry, Sergai (Technical Specialist) and Tony (American Latino). The four of them hate Luthor just like that. He is only with them because he is a 'Advisor' because he knows Alice and Luthor has joined them because he likes Alice.
They plant Explosives on the Air Vent and set it to go off in 2 Hours. Blowing it now will screw up their signal?
Sergai hacks the system using Codes that Leon gives him that ADA GAVE TO HIM and makes the entrance open up below them and they get on the large ass elevator and arrive in to the Facility.
Leon is also asked if he trusts Ada and he just smiles about it. Leon is proper serious and Barry sarcastic.
CHAPTER 9 SPOILERS.
Ada sees through her eye lenses? the timer has been set. She explains to Alice that it was through Luther who witnessed Umbrella destroying Acardia and then fishing her out that they found out she was still alive. Her team picked him up and they followed them here to UMBRELLA PRIME.
Jill and team arrive in Tokyo and murder everything in sight before entering white corridor and arriving at Control Room Entrance. They start cutting through the lock.
Ada and Alice get in to the control chairs and lower themselves under the floor and hide.
Jill enters and Rain and One reveal themselves, taking their masks off. One shows Jill a recording of Ada entering the Control Room and killing all the people and the footage of Alice, Ada and Wesker talking. They now know who the traitor is and the objectives in Jill's eye lenses tells them Ada and Wesker are renegades. They also are alerted to Leon's Team and Jill orders them to be kept busy.
Jill and team know Alice and Ada are below them. They fire below but Ada uses an escape ladder in the floor and her and Alice climb down.
A Security Team arrive at the Elevator Entrance. Jack Mines are thrown, blowing them away and Leon and Team surprise attack them and kill them all. They head into the Submarine Pen Smiliators.
CHAPTER 10 SPOILERS.
Alice and Ada arrive in New York Times Square where the Similation has already been run. Ada explains at first Umbrella was testing their BOWs here. But after the world ended they used it to try and control it.
Leon and Team sneak into Submarine Pen where two Submarines are docked. Leon sneaks in and using knife and silencer takes out the guards on the Sub. Sergai explains that Umbrella used the Subs to secretly transport the BOWs around the globe.
Sergai also reveals he used to work for Umbrella. "You worked for the Badguys but I'm the one nobody trusts?" - Luther (LOL)
They continue on. 90 minutes before the explosives go off.
Alice and Ada continue walking through New York. Alice spots Police car and goes to check it out when Zombie Rain bursts out and attacks. Alice kills her. Ada explains that Umbrella is using the blood of 50 people, the same clones been thrown in the test Pens over and over again. Alice is disgusted.
SUBPLOT:
15 Year Old Girl Clone called Dori observes Alice and Ada walking past in New York. Its explained that Judy-Tech rescued her from her Clone Tank, and hid her in a secret room in the basement areas and looked after her, taught her, trained her to fight like the original Alice slightly. Dori explains she sneaked out and got caught in the Tokyo outbreak and now is hiding and knows who Alice and Umbrella are. She leaves her hiding spot to find Judy (Mother). Judy rescued her because she always wanted a daughter.
Chapter 11:
Jill, One and Team still in Control Room. Through Camera Footage they discover Leon's team entering Moscow. They also overhear them explaining they're meant to meet them in the third sim (Raccoon City aka SIM 3). Jill now knows where Alice is. She orders a order to be activated which releases the Las Plagas and Lickers. She remarks how she hates the Lickers.
Leon and Team hide as Las Plagas enemies arrive via trucks and motorbikes. One of them has a chainsaw. Others, rocket launchers. Leon orders them all to take cover at once.
Alice and Ada arrive in Raccoon City. She arrives at the crashsite. She notices something watching from the nearby house. She heads in and finds her dead corpse. Ada explains about Umbrella also cloning her.
Alice heads upstairs, opens closet and is attacked by Zombie Majini. (I forgot which chapter but the writer refers to the zombies with mouths as Majini ONCE)
Alice kills it. Then Becky comes out off hiding and runs into Alice and hugs her.
CHAPTER 12 SPOILERS.
Jill and Team are wondering through Time Square now. She has some thoughts of her old self but the Scarab sends pain through her, making her remain under its control.
Leon and Team have taken cover in a GUM clothing store. The Las Plagas gang up, firing into the store while the others fire back. One fires a Rocket Launcher into the store and the Team takes cover. They enter and Luther, Leon and Barry fight them off until MR CHAINSAW enters. He cuts Tony down. He goes to kill Leon. Luther saves him earning Leon's respect. They check on Sergai who is STILL busy downloading schemetics.
Alice, Ada and Becky wonder about the Raccoon City area. She explains about the dream as they wait for Leon's team to come to them. Ada explains about the telepathic clone thing. (Zane explained it already). Alice promises to look after Becky with her life.
SUB PLOT:
Dori finds a Iron Tire and is attacked by Zombie Alice in Times Square. She kicks it ass using the training she got from Judy. She escapes through an Emergency Exit and into the Facility Utlity Tunnels.
CHAPTER 13:
Luther and Team are still firing away undead. These chapters where Leon and Barry appear are ALL told through Luther's Point of View.
Oh, and a few chapters ago when the Las Plagas appeared, Barry asked, "What the hell are those things?" and Leon explains it to them, having clearly forth them before. (RE game anyone?)
BACK TO SPOILERS.
Sergai, their hacker is trying to find a way out from where they are.
Alice and group enter Becky's empty home. She runs off quickly to look for daddy then again to pack stuff while Ada explains that none of it was real and that Umbrella imprinted fake memories into the clones and that they have no feelings or some *beep* Alice is annoyed with Ada.
They leave the house and are surrounded by Jill, Rain, One and Carlos whom Alice and Becky don't say a thing to.
Jill orders them to surrender and when refused she gets orders from inside her eyes about killing Ada and Clone Becky but either killing or capturing Alice.
Ada and Alice fire away and escape into the house. Jill and Team fire away to.
Ada uses her HOOKGUN to kill a trooper before giving her Digital Glasses to Alice to use to find her rescuers and handing a catriage from her gun to her. Alice gives her a grenade and leaves with Becky while Ada stays behind, telling her they'll meet at the Elevator and that she has a Plan B.
SUBPLOT:
Dori evades troopers and a camera which is near her hidden room. She tries several doors before making it into a bathroom. Then someone enters and Dori comes face to face with Judy who took up the job to over the cameras in the basement and saw Dori and came to her. Dori apologizes about sneaking off and Judy explains they're getting out using fake Scarabs to sneak their way past.
Chapter 14:
Alice and Becky escape the House while Ada is still inside. She fires away killing a few and also uses the grenade. Rain then uses her Grenade Launcher and Ada RIPPING OF SELENA from UNDERWORLD, blows a hole in the floor to drop down onto the ground as the grenades hit the house and blow it to kingdom come and the wreckage drops down onto Ada.
Alice has been shot and is bleeding but the wound clots and her and Becky are been followed by someone???
They make it to the edge of the simulator which is like a mirror. Alice finds the exit and goes through with Becky where they find themselves in a Moscow Subway Underground.
The Entrance Opens and GOOD RAIN from the beginning of the story, ALIVE emerges. She is happy to see Alice and Becky alive and hugs Alice who is confused. Without any kind of dialogue or explanation Alice just decides to hand her gun to GOOD RAIN and explains to her how to fire and tells her to look after Becky while she heads up to street side to investigate. Becky is annoyed because she made Alice promise she wouldn't leave her again.
Jill and Team are about to leave when Ada emerges from the wreckage, wounded but alive. She surrenders and Jill thinks about using her.
SUBPLOT:
Dori and Judy arrive in the Submarine Pen. (Remember, there were two Subs.) Judy explains Umbrella are gonna flood this place and Dori really wants to escape and see the outside world. They head towards the one that has the dead guards Leon killed earlier.
CHAPTERS 15 AND 16:
Luther, Leon, Barry and Sergai are still in the GUM shop, shooting down enemies and managing to have built a sort of dead corpse barrier between them and the surviving Las Plagas. Sergai finally manages to find a way out and leads the group to the back of the store and breaking a window they jump out onto the street.
Sergai goes ahead and is grabbed by a Licker Tongue, pulled up and eaten and half his corpse collapses onto the street. There are also humans in cocoons above it. Leon quickly explains its a Licker and that it was once human. The beast attacks and Luther, Leon and Barry try to fight it off but Las Plagas Soldiers are coming from the opposite direction.
Then Alice arrives in car and saves them. They escape with Licker chasing them. (Like in the Clip released) Leon asks about Ada and when Alice says she died Leon seems upset before saying "She always has a plan".
They make it to the subway station and bury the Licker in the construction wreckage. They meet up with Good Rain and Becky and Alice using Ada's glasses, finds a way out through the train tunnels. The Licker is slowly getting out the wreckage.
In the tunnels Alice asks Leon why he is working for Wesker and Leon explains Wesker told them that Alice knows about a powerful they can use to turn the tide in the undead war.
Jill and her team with Ada handcuffed arrive at the station but see it blocked off. She discovers Alice and team have made it to the Submarine Pens. She orders power to be shut down.
Alice and group make it to the Elevator. As it starts to go up it stops, all power out. Luther goes to investigate and checks out the Sub Pen. Something about the explosives going off in 11 minutes been a way out.
Suddenly a Licker appears from a Open Vent above and rips Barry's off and throws him into a wall before grabbing Becky with its tongue. Good Rain fires at it but it claws her, sending her flying into a wall and killing her. Alice tries to fire but is afraid Beck will fall and die from the height shes in. The Licker takes her. Luther checks Rain whose dead and Alice makes up her mind.
(NOTE: The Author makes a mistake. During the chase he writes that Luther is too scared to fire out in case he hits Barry and LUTHER. It should be Leon. Don't they prove read this s..t?)
CHAPTER 17
Leon checks on the wounded Barry. Alice climbs up the ladder and Leon tries to convince her otherwise not to go and save the girl but he backs down. Luther decides to come with her suddenly Jill and her Team arrive and open fire. Handing her a pack of Grenades Luther tells Alice to hurry before going to help Leon and Barry to fight off the attackers while Alice climbs into the vent.
She looks around the dark area and eventually finds Becky in a cocoon. She manages to sign to Alice that its a trap. The Licker is waiting for her. Alice using Ada's Hookgun (Ada gave it to her before they departed) and her gun, she fires it in perfect timing just as the Licker jumps into the light and towards her. Alice flies into the air through the use of the Hookgun and using her pistol she finds it perfectly into its brain, killing the monster. She then rescues Becky from the cocoon when more Lickers arrive.
Leon and Barry are firing back and with more less than 2 minutes to go Leon orders a fallback to the elevator. Barry holds his ground and tells Leon to go, saying he is enjoying this. Leon understands and leaves Barry alone with the soldiers.
SUBPLOT:
Dori and Judy have made it onto the Sub. Dori is looking for food in the sub when she arrives at the kitchen area only to be captured by someone.
(NOTE: Alice has been losing blood since she got shot and is slowly dying. Luther gets shot through the shoulder when Alice is about to leave and the shot basically breaks his arm.)

Dori explains she sneaked out and got caught in the Tokyo outbreak and now is hiding and knows who Alice and Umbrella are. She leaves her hiding spot to find Judy (Mother). Judy rescued her because she always wanted a daughter.
Chapter 11:
Jill, One and Team still in Control Room. Through Camera Footage they discover Leon's team entering Moscow. They also overhear them explaining they're meant to meet them in the third sim (Raccoon City aka SIM 3). Jill now knows where Alice is. She orders a order to be activated which releases the Las Plagas and Lickers. She remarks how she hates the Lickers.
Leon and Team hide as Las Plagas enemies arrive via trucks and motorbikes. One of them has a chainsaw. Others, rocket launchers. Leon orders them all to take cover at once.
Alice and Ada arrive in Raccoon City. She arrives at the crashsite. She notices something watching from the nearby house. She heads in and finds her dead corpse. Ada explains about Umbrella also cloning her.
Alice heads upstairs, opens closet and is attacked by Zombie Majini. (I forgot which chapter but the writer refers to the zombies with mouths as Majini ONCE)
Alice kills it. Then Becky comes out off hiding and runs into Alice and hugs her.
CHAPTER 12 SPOILERS.
Jill and Team are wondering through Time Square now. She has some thoughts of her old self but the Scarab sends pain through her, making her remain under its control.
Leon and Team have taken cover in a GUM clothing store. The Las Plagas gang up, firing into the store while the others fire back. One fires a Rocket Launcher into the store and the Team takes cover. They enter and Luther, Leon and Barry fight them off until MR CHAINSAW enters. He cuts Tony down. He goes to kill Leon. Luther saves him earning Leon's respect. They check on Sergai who is STILL busy downloading schemetics.
Alice, Ada and Becky wonder about the Raccoon City area. She explains about the dream as they wait for Leon's team to come to them. Ada explains about the telepathic clone thing. (Zane explained it already). Alice promises to look after Becky with her life.
SUB PLOT:
Dori finds a Iron Tire and is attacked by Zombie Alice in Times Square. She kicks it ass using the training she got from Judy. She escapes through an Emergency Exit and into the Facility Utlity Tunnels.
CHAPTER 13:
Luther and Team are still firing away undead. These chapters where Leon and Barry appear are ALL told through Luther's Point of View.
Oh, and a few chapters ago when the Las Plagas appeared, Barry asked, "What the hell are those things?" and Leon explains it to them, having clearly forth them before. (RE game anyone?)
BACK TO SPOILERS.
Sergai, their hacker is trying to find a way out from where they are.
Alice and group enter Becky's empty home. She runs off quickly to look for daddy then again to pack stuff while Ada explains that none of it was real and that Umbrella imprinted fake memories into the clones and that they have no feelings or some *beep* Alice is annoyed with Ada.
They leave the house and are surrounded by Jill, Rain, One and Carlos whom Alice and Becky don't say a thing to.
Jill orders them to surrender and when refused she gets orders from inside her eyes about killing Ada and Clone Becky but either killing or capturing Alice.
Ada and Alice fire away and escape into the house. Jill and Team fire away to.
Ada uses her HOOKGUN to kill a trooper before giving her Digital Glasses to Alice to use to find her rescuers and handing a catriage from her gun to her. Alice gives her a grenade and leaves with Becky while Ada stays behind, telling her they'll meet at the Elevator and that she has a Plan B.
SUBPLOT:
Dori evades troopers and a camera which is near her hidden room. She tries several doors before making it into a bathroom. Then someone enters and Dori comes face to face with Judy who took up the job to over the cameras in the basement and saw Dori and came to her. Dori apologizes about sneaking off and Judy explains they're getting out using fake Scarabs to sneak their way past.
Chapter 14:
Alice and Becky escape the House while Ada is still inside. She fires away killing a few and also uses the grenade. Rain then uses her Grenade Launcher and Ada RIPPING OF SELENA from UNDERWORLD, blows a hole in the floor to drop down onto the ground as the grenades hit the house and blow it to kingdom come and the wreckage drops down onto Ada.
Alice has been shot and is bleeding but the wound clots and her and Becky are been followed by someone???
They make it to the edge of the simulator which is like a mirror. Alice finds the exit and goes through with Becky where they find themselves in a Moscow Subway Underground.
The Entrance Opens and GOOD RAIN from the beginning of the story, ALIVE emerges. She is happy to see Alice and Becky alive and hugs Alice who is confused. Without any kind of dialogue or explanation Alice just decides to hand her gun to GOOD RAIN and explains to her how to fire and tells her to look after Becky while she heads up to street side to investigate. Becky is annoyed because she made Alice promise she wouldn't leave her again.
Jill and Team are about to leave when Ada emerges from the wreckage, wounded but alive. She surrenders and Jill thinks about using her.
SUBPLOT:
Dori and Judy arrive in the Submarine Pen. (Remember, there were two Subs.) Judy explains Umbrella are gonna flood this place and Dori really wants to escape and see the outside world. They head towards the one that has the dead guards Leon killed earlier.
CHAPTERS 15 AND 16:
Luther, Leon, Barry and Sergai are still in the GUM shop, shooting down enemies and managing to have built a sort of dead corpse barrier between them and the surviving Las Plagas. Sergai finally manages to find a way out and leads the group to the back of the store and breaking a window they jump out onto the street.
Sergai goes ahead and is grabbed by a Licker Tongue, pulled up and eaten and half his corpse collapses onto the street. There are also humans in cocoons above it. Leon quickly explains its a Licker and that it was once human. The beast attacks and Luther, Leon and Barry try to fight it off but Las Plagas Soldiers are coming from the opposite direction.
Then Alice arrives in car and saves them. They escape with Licker chasing them. (Like in the Clip released) Leon asks about Ada and when Alice says she died Leon seems upset before saying "She always has a plan".
They make it to the subway station and bury the Licker in the construction wreckage. They meet up with Good Rain and Becky and Alice using Ada's glasses, finds a way out through the train tunnels. The Licker is slowly getting out the wreckage.
In the tunnels Alice asks Leon why he is working for Wesker and Leon explains Wesker told them that Alice knows about a powerful they can use to turn the tide in the undead war.
Jill and her team with Ada handcuffed arrive at the station but see it blocked off. She discovers Alice and team have made it to the Submarine Pens. She orders power to be shut down.
Alice and group make it to the Elevator. As it starts to go up it stops, all power out. Luther goes to investigate and checks out the Sub Pen. Something about the explosives going off in 11 minutes been a way out.
Suddenly a Licker appears from a Open Vent above and rips Barry's off and throws him into a wall before grabbing Becky with its tongue. Good Rain fires at it but it claws her, sending her flying into a wall and killing her. Alice tries to fire but is afraid Beck will fall and die from the height shes in. The Licker takes her. Luther checks Rain whose dead and Alice makes up her mind.
(NOTE: The Author makes a mistake. During the chase he writes that Luther is too scared to fire out in case he hits Barry and LUTHER. It should be Leon. Don't they prove read this s..t?)
CHAPTER 17
Leon checks on the wounded Barry. Alice climbs up the ladder and Leon tries to convince her otherwise not to go and save the girl but he backs down. Luther decides to come with her suddenly Jill and her Team arrive and open fire. Handing her a pack of Grenades Luther tells Alice to hurry before going to help Leon and Barry to fight off the attackers while Alice climbs into the vent.
She looks around the dark area and eventually finds Becky in a cocoon. She manages to sign to Alice that its a trap. The Licker is waiting for her. Alice using Ada's Hookgun (Ada gave it to her before they departed) and her gun, she fires it in perfect timing just as the Licker jumps into the light and towards her. Alice flies into the air through the use of the Hookgun and using her pistol she finds it perfectly into its brain, killing the monster. She then rescues Becky from the cocoon when more Lickers arrive.
Leon and Barry are firing back and with more less than 2 minutes to go Leon orders a fallback to the elevator. Barry holds his ground and tells Leon to go, saying he is enjoying this. Leon understands and leaves Barry alone with the soldiers.
SUBPLOT:
Dori and Judy have made it onto the Sub. Dori is looking for food in the sub when she arrives at the kitchen area only to be captured by someone.
(NOTE: Alice has been losing blood since she got shot and is slowly dying. Luther gets shot through the shoulder when Alice is about to leave and the shot basically breaks his arm.)
Ch18
Barry is still firing into the Umbrella Troopers. Jill uses Ada as bait to force Barry out. Barry stops firing and giving Leon a farewell he walks right into view and One shoots him. Before Barry dies he manages to grab hold of his gun and kill One with it. Then the rest of the troops fire away, tearing Barry apart and dead.
Alice and Becky arrive in the Cloning Vat area where they find Clones of Rain, Alice and Becky who now asks who they all are and whether Alice is her mummy. A Licker comes and using the Grenades and Hookgun, she tells Becky she is now and escapes into the air with her as the Grenades explode, blowing the Licker away along with the Clones.
Carlos sneaks through to kill Leon and Luther. His description explains his Scarab hasn't been working properly and he has gotten feelings for Jill and wishes to impress her and love her. He gets to Leon and Luther who are taking cover in the Elevator.
A TIDE has risen over the Air Vent structure. The Bombs explodes and massive amounts of Sea Water pour in.
SUBPLOT: A 50 something mechinc called Tom Pepper holds Dori at gunpoint, not trusting her and explaining he got rescued by Umbrella who were looking for survivors/workers and he worked here. He puts the gun down, wanting Dori to trust him then Dori quickly gets the gun and points it at him, then Judy arrives and asks if there is food to which Tom sighing points it while the sound of gun fire above is heard by them.
Chapter 19:
The Tsunami pours in and the shock of the explosives causes Carlos to miss killing Leon. The water pours in and Carlos drowns. (In the trailer it appears his in times square so what's the deal here? )
The force of the water pushes the Elevator up with Leon and Luther on it.
The Tsunami goes around the entire facility killing everything and everyone. A Walrus gets thrown in and crashes a trooper.
A Whale too and a Licker fight before been pushed into the edge glasses mirrors and been shredded. Zombie Todd is washed away.
Alice explains everything to Becky as they are escaping and using a service tunnel or crawlspace/vent to escape.
The water stops pushing the elevator up the silo and Leon punches the emergency brakes and then orders Luther to climb when suddenly a hatch on the side opens and Alice and Becky emerge alive. The four reunited, they climb up.
SUBPLOT:
Dori, Judy and Tom are having pork and beas when the sound of the explosive and Tsunami rocks the Sub and the sound of Troops entering is heard. Tom gets his gun off Judy and Judy leads them to a room where they hide under some hoses. As a form of trust, Tom hands Judy his gun and they close the door to the room they're in.
Chapter 20:
Alice, Becky, Luther and Leon make it into their transport vehicle and Leon drives them away.
Inside Alice finds medical supplies and food. She treats her wounds and Luthers but he appears ill from the injury and they eat.
Alice has a nightmare. About having killed three intruders/activists who got into the hive and that was the act that made her chief of security and she realized Umbrella was up to no good. One of Spence. Then a complete mindf..k as she is awarded a plague and people turn into zombies, becky been attacked, spence been hanged by a puppet or something and he tells Alice she is responsible for keeping the virus alive and crap and she gets the award for it then Alice wakes up.
They're still driving through the snow storm when the Submarine comes up and knocks them down.
Jill, Rain and Ada come out and Leon is pleased to see Ada and Rain injects herself with a RED Virus that Leon tells Alice is the Las Plagas. Rain begins to change.
Chapter 21:

Ada makes a run for it but Jill backhands her, knocking her out.
Leon and Luther (Whose arm is broken) fire at Rain who takes in the bullets and throws them out her body.
Alice fire at Jill who jumps towards her and the fight begins.
Rain takes on both Leon and Luther and kicks Leon into the side of the crashed truck.
Alice and Jill fight with their weapons but the Scarab is like a quick sixth-sense device telling and calculating the quick responses she has to take and Jill is basically kicking Alice's ass. Jill kicks Alice into the truck windshield.
Rain continues her toying fight with Leon and Luther who are no match for her. She knocks Luther out the fight.
Jill pulls Alice out and using her Rod she manages to hit/stab into Alice's injury causing Alice to lose. Jill grabs her by the throat and pushes her towards the Truck's spiked thread wheels. Alice realizes what she needs to really do and grabs and pulls the Scarab device off her. Jill falls to the floor convolsing. The SCARAB like a spider tries to reattach itself. Alice fires at it until the thing leaps and Alice destroys it in mid-air.
Luther recovers and using a fire exgincher? (Sorry for spelling) he saves Leon just in time and smashes Rain's skull in. But she heals herself and pushes Luther right into the chest, killing him instantly. His last thought is off Alice.
CHAPTER 22:
Alice shouts out Luther's name as he drops dead and she rushes off firing at Rain.
Jill is remembering her past. Her passion to become a Police Officer. Joining STARS, something going wrong in the Arklay Mountains that got her Partner Leon Kennedy killed and been told it was her fault. Umbrella trying to bribe her and then been mind controlled by them.
The sound of Becky calling for her mum shakes up Jill who looks around and sees Leon alive and well, Alice fighting Rain and getting the same Punch of Death. Alice falls, coughing up blood but stands up to Rain only to get hit back again. Jill shouts out to Alice and throws her Machine Gun to her. Alice grabs it and shoots at the ice around Rain.
She falls inside. Then comes back out and then is grabbed by other zombies who bite into her and pull her down. Her last words are, "I'M COMING BACK FOR YOU. I'M COMING BACK FOR YOU!!!", "Good luck with that.". Rain goes under and...???
Leon checks on Jill and helps her up before tending on Ada and helping her up too. They check on Alice who is bleeding and dying. (The prologue chapter opened with, "My Name is Alice and this the story of how I died")
Helicopters arrive to rescue the survivors.
SUBPLOT:
Dori is asleep in a buck bed while Judy and Tom are in the Control Room and discuss what to do and decide to take command of the Sub.
CHAPTERS 23 & 24

Alice wakes up on the Helicopter. She is been taken of by the medical staff. Jill comes and thanks her. Becky is watching the pilots. Leon is with Ada. He touches her knee but she knocks his hand away. Luther's corpse fell into the water and possibly froze.
Alice cries. Having lost Luther, having failed to save the people on Acardia, having lost Chris and Claire and not knowing where they are, possibly captured by Umbrella, dead or been tortured. And her clones that died too. She cries and thinks back to the first time she cried since her childhood.
FLASHBACK:
Her and Spence working at the mansion. Spence and her are in a relationship of sorts. She cares for him but isn't sure if he cares for her. Spence explains about Dr. Issac coming to discuss some things with a Senator Slater. The Neighbours/Raccoon aren't convinced of Alice and Spence's marriage. People have disappeared near the mansion.
That night the Senator, his wife and two children arrive with Issac. They talk and have dinner and the wife keeps staring at Spence and flirting with him. Same with Slater flirting with Alice. She doesn't like it. Later Spence explains that Issac has made a deal with the Senator. He doesn't know what's going on but will keep things quiet for a price. His wife having sex with Spence and him with Alice.
She's revolted and Spence explains its their job, he doesn't want to it. He once had to kill a roomful of children under orders but explains to Alice to think of the millions or billions they'll get for this. Alice is disgusted, hoping Spence will tell her not to go through it but nope. They go through it. After its all said and done and the Senator leaves Alice cries after having been degraded like that.
PRESENT:
She stops crying and sleeps before waking up again. The Helicopter is landing to refuel. Becky comes and tells her mum she wants to be a pilot now. Alice gives her a history of their country or some bulls..t and she doesn't want to go to DC after what Wesker nearly tried to do with her back in Afterlife. (SO IS HE A CLONE OR NOT? SHE MAKES IT SOUND LIKE ITS THE REAL ONE AND ALL THOSE CRAP ABOUT HOW HIS UNKILLABLE. WHICH IS IT?
She asks Becky if she'll come with her and Alice plans to escape.
SUBPLOT:
Tom, Judy and Dori are piloting the Sub and away. They pass the frozen infected Rain who is still alive and tries to swim towards the Sub but they manage to dive deeper and escape.
Chapters 25 & 26
Alice and Becky come out the chopper which is been protected by a fence that surrounds them and keeps the Undead out. Alice sends Becky back inside as zombies pile up and push against the fence. A dumbass soldier who doesn't listen gets killed when the fence falls on him and undead eat him. Alice fights back and then Jill arrives giving cover fire.
They head back into the chopper but the fuel line is still connected. Alice heads out, disconnects it, Jill saves her again, they spray the gasoline everything, they head back inside, a soldier fires at the gas and it blows the refuel station up along with some of the zombies as the Helicopter takes off to head to DC.
Um...why didn't Leon and Ada provide some f..king help?
SUBPLOT:
Jack Tannager and his buddist Uncle Chung and Gay Couple Bim and Lony are the only survivors on Catalina Island. They wait and Uncle Chunq says he had vision of a Submarine coming to them.
Um...Why the *beep* are we been introduced to random characters now?
Meanwhile on the Sub, Dori tells Tom she found a hidden hatch. They open it to find a army of Las Plagas Zombies in ice and alive. They don't touch anything and leave, locking the hatch and hoping they remain frozen.
Back on the island a boat approaches. Jack, Chunq and Bim go to welcome the three new guests. 2 guys and their lady friend who seem to be trouble. They leave.
Alice wakes up again to find they have landed at another location...IN BALTIMORE where Jill last was in Extinction. She doesn't bring it up. This novel officially has no continuity with the previous ones.
Anyway, she finds Jill and discusses about whether they should be going to Wesker after he tried to eat her. Jill explains about Ada really wanting to take them to him, saying that Wesker wants to be their ally. And Jill points out they have nothing left and that DC could be their last hope of survival and that if it comes to it they can kill Wesker off for good.
SUBPLOT:
Tom, Dori and Judy get on deck only to be fired upon. Tom gets into raft boat and sails to the Island while throwing around a white shirt.
Bim and Lony are firing at the sub and raft, trying to scare them off. Jack finds them then sees his uncle heading out to greet Tom. Jack stops the two from firing. He heads out to meet with Tom who comes on the island and talks with Chunq, explaining he is only with two women and then been honest and revealing the Las Plagas to them.
Chung allows him to go and come back with Dori and Judy. Jack been the young kid he is seems...attracted to Dori. He welcomes them to the island.
CHAPTER 29
I wanna cry. Reading this is torture to my mental state.
Alice and Crew finally arrive in DC where the Chopper lands and opens up to a scarred Umbrella Soldier called Graudy whom Alice recognizes working with back in her days in the Hive. He explains they'll heal them up, maybe get them food then its off to meet with the Big Guy/Wesker.
SUBPLOT:
The Survivors get all the supplies they can get from Sub and take it back to the island. Tom and Jack remain behind to deal with the Las Plagas creatures. Tom manage to take control and pilot the Sub away as far as he can before engaging the sinking controls.
Jack and Tom have blockaded the Hatch because the power went out and Creatures are waking up. Jack needs to pee and leaves his station only to take a piss and come back to hear the hatch smash open and the Las Plagas pouring out. He is also in love with Dori (Love at first sight) and wants to impress her.
Anyway, he can't kill them with the guns he has and escapes back to Tom. They make a run for it to the top and bring along some flammable container. When they get to the top the Las Plagas are following. Tom lights it using his Lighter he hasn't used in a year. He drops it and Jack quickly recovers it from the water and hands it to him Tom lights the container and throws it down the entrance hatch into the nearest Las Plagas, setting it on fire and it crashes down.
Tom and Jack jump off and swim to their ship and take off back towards the Island as the Sub sinks.
Back on the Island everyone celebrates. (The Island is clean of Undead and they also have a mansion)
Bim resting while Lony cares for him. Tom and Judy dancing and Chunq been a old man and Dori with Jack and telling Jack she needs to tell him some things obviously. He tells her if she wants to walk with him across the beach and she can tell him whatever she wants and whatever she doesn't. They return to everyone later holding hands.
THE END OF THE SUBPLOT.
It started of interesting before descending into a pile of crap that it was.
CHAPTER 30:
Alice, Ada, Becky, Jill and Leon been led through the war-tore WHITE HOUSE by Graudy and guards. Sounds of explosives shock the building. Alice taken through into the Oval Office. The rest remain outside.
Alice meets Wesker. Wesker quickly injects Alice with T-Virus. Or Las Plagas. The Virus is Red Colored. He explains Alice bonded with the Virus to reach her full potiental and that he needs that old Alice back because she is the weapon.
He then leads Alice and the other Survivors to the Observation and then on the rooftop. Final lines of the film are by Wesker.
"A lot has changed in the past weeks. This is the last that remains of us...of the human race itself. IT seems we are bonded against a common foe. This is why we needed you back. The Ultimate Weapon..."
Wesker orders guards to turn on lights and shine them upon the surrounding streets past the blockade fences and barriers.
"This is Humanity's Last Stand. The Final Conflict. The Beginning of the end..."
Gun Placements and Helicopters bombing and firing away at hordes of zombies, Dogs, Lickers, Executioners and giant spiders, all surrounding and trying to force their way through the barricades and into the White House.
Then those flying beasts monsters from RE5 reveal themselves and take a helicopter down and it ends with Alice and Team getting ready for a massive fight.
So basically, that shot we saw in the original teaser IS the final shot of the film but with everyone on the roof.
(NOTE: THE EXECUTIONERS FIGHT SCENE WE HAVE SEEN IN THE CLIPS AND TV SPOTS WAS NEVER IN THE NOVEL. MAKES ME WONDER WHAT OTHER THINGS WERE CHANGED AND ADDED.)
No mention of Red Queen at the end but I'm pretty sure she is Film 6's Villain revealed in the end credit scene at the end of this one. You know how each film sets up the next bad guy.

Leon and Luther (Whose arm is broken) fire at Rain who takes in the bullets and throws them out her body.
Alice fire at Jill who jumps towards her and the fight begins.
Rain takes on both Leon and Luther and kicks Leon into the side of the crashed truck.
Alice and Jill fight with their weapons but the Scarab is like a quick sixth-sense device telling and calculating the quick responses she has to take and Jill is basically kicking Alice's ass. Jill kicks Alice into the truck windshield.
Rain continues her toying fight with Leon and Luther who are no match for her. She knocks Luther out the fight.
Jill pulls Alice out and using her Rod she manages to hit/stab into Alice's injury causing Alice to lose. Jill grabs her by the throat and pushes her towards the Truck's spiked thread wheels. Alice realizes what she needs to really do and grabs and pulls the Scarab device off her. Jill falls to the floor convolsing. The SCARAB like a spider tries to reattach itself. Alice fires at it until the thing leaps and Alice destroys it in mid-air.
Luther recovers and using a fire exgincher? (Sorry for spelling) he saves Leon just in time and smashes Rain's skull in. But she heals herself and pushes Luther right into the chest, killing him instantly. His last thought is off Alice.
CHAPTER 22:
Alice shouts out Luther's name as he drops dead and she rushes off firing at Rain.
Jill is remembering her past. Her passion to become a Police Officer. Joining STARS, something going wrong in the Arklay Mountains that got her Partner Leon Kennedy killed and been told it was her fault. Umbrella trying to bribe her and then been mind controlled by them.
The sound of Becky calling for her mum shakes up Jill who looks around and sees Leon alive and well, Alice fighting Rain and getting the same Punch of Death. Alice falls, coughing up blood but stands up to Rain only to get hit back again. Jill shouts out to Alice and throws her Machine Gun to her. Alice grabs it and shoots at the ice around Rain.
She falls inside. Then comes back out and then is grabbed by other zombies who bite into her and pull her down. Her last words are, "I'M COMING BACK FOR YOU. I'M COMING BACK FOR YOU!!!", "Good luck with that.". Rain goes under and...???
Leon checks on Jill and helps her up before tending on Ada and helping her up too. They check on Alice who is bleeding and dying. (The prologue chapter opened with, "My Name is Alice and this the story of how I died")
Helicopters arrive to rescue the survivors.
SUBPLOT:
Dori is asleep in a buck bed while Judy and Tom are in the Control Room and discuss what to do and decide to take command of the Sub.
CHAPTERS 23 & 24
On Page 283/340.
Alice wakes up on the Helicopter. She is been taken of by the medical staff. Jill comes and thanks her. Becky is watching the pilots. Leon is with Ada. He touches her knee but she knocks his hand away. Luther's corpse fell into the water and possibly froze.
Alice cries. Having lost Luther, having failed to save the people on Acardia, having lost Chris and Claire and not knowing where they are, possibly captured by Umbrella, dead or been tortured. And her clones that died too. She cries and thinks back to the first time she cried since her childhood.
FLASHBACK:
Her and Spence working at the mansion. Spence and her are in a relationship of sorts. She cares for him but isn't sure if he cares for her. Spence explains about Dr. Issac coming to discuss some things with a Senator Slater. The Neighbours/Raccoon aren't convinced of Alice and Spence's marriage. People have disappeared near the mansion.
That night the Senator, his wife and two children arrive with Issac. They talk and have dinner and the wife keeps staring at Spence and flirting with him. Same with Slater flirting with Alice. She doesn't like it. Later Spence explains that Issac has made a deal with the Senator. He doesn't know what's going on but will keep things quiet for a price. His wife having sex with Spence and him with Alice.
She's revolted and Spence explains its their job, he doesn't want to it. He once had to kill a roomful of children under orders but explains to Alice to think of the millions or billions they'll get for this. Alice is disgusted, hoping Spence will tell her not to go through it but nope. They go through it. After its all said and done and the Senator leaves Alice cries after having been degraded like that.
PRESENT:
She stops crying and sleeps before waking up again. The Helicopter is landing to refuel. Becky comes and tells her mum she wants to be a pilot now. Alice gives her a history of their country or some bulls..t and she doesn't want to go to DC after what Wesker nearly tried to do with her back in Afterlife. (SO IS HE A CLONE OR NOT? SHE MAKES IT SOUND LIKE ITS THE REAL ONE AND ALL THOSE CRAP ABOUT HOW HIS UNKILLABLE. WHICH IS IT?
She asks Becky if she'll come with her and Alice plans to escape.
SUBPLOT:
Tom, Judy and Dori are piloting the Sub and away. They pass the frozen infected Rain who is still alive and tries to swim towards the Sub but they manage to dive deeper and escape.
Chapters 25 & 26
Alice and Becky come out the chopper which is been protected by a fence that surrounds them and keeps the Undead out. Alice sends Becky back inside as zombies pile up and push against the fence. A dumbass soldier who doesn't listen gets killed when the fence falls on him and undead eat him. Alice fights back and then Jill arrives giving cover fire.
They head back into the chopper but the fuel line is still connected. Alice heads out, disconnects it, Jill saves her again, they spray the gasoline everything, they head back inside, a soldier fires at the gas and it blows the refuel station up along with some of the zombies as the Helicopter takes off to head to DC.
Um...why didn't Leon and Ada provide some f..king help?
SUBPLOT:
Jack Tannager and his buddist Uncle Chung and Gay Couple Bim and Lony are the only survivors on Catalina Island. They wait and Uncle Chunq says he had vision of a Submarine coming to them.
Um...Why the *beep* are we been introduced to random characters now?
Meanwhile on the Sub, Dori tells Tom she found a hidden hatch. They open it to find a army of Las Plagas Zombies in ice and alive. They don't touch anything and leave, locking the hatch and hoping they remain frozen.
Back on the island a boat approaches. Jack, Chunq and Bim go to welcome the three new guests. 2 guys and their lady friend who seem to be trouble. They leave.
Alice wakes up again to find they have landed at another location...IN BALTIMORE where Jill last was in Extinction. She doesn't bring it up. This novel officially has no continuity with the previous ones.
Anyway, she finds Jill and discusses about whether they should be going to Wesker after he tried to eat her. Jill explains about Ada really wanting to take them to him, saying that Wesker wants to be their ally. And Jill points out they have nothing left and that DC could be their last hope of survival and that if it comes to it they can kill Wesker off for good.
SUBPLOT:
Tom, Dori and Judy get on deck only to be fired upon. Tom gets into raft boat and sails to the Island while throwing around a white shirt.
Bim and Lony are firing at the sub and raft, trying to scare them off. Jack finds them then sees his uncle heading out to greet Tom. Jack stops the two from firing. He heads out to meet with Tom who comes on the island and talks with Chunq, explaining he is only with two women and then been honest and revealing the Las Plagas to them.
Chung allows him to go and come back with Dori and Judy. Jack been the young kid he is seems...attracted to Dori. He welcomes them to the island.
CHAPTER 29
I wanna cry. Reading this is torture to my mental state.
Alice and Crew finally arrive in DC where the Chopper lands and opens up to a scarred Umbrella Soldier called Graudy whom Alice recognizes working with back in her days in the Hive. He explains they'll heal them up, maybe get them food then its off to meet with the Big Guy/Wesker.
SUBPLOT:
The Survivors get all the supplies they can get from Sub and take it back to the island. Tom and Jack remain behind to deal with the Las Plagas creatures. Tom manage to take control and pilot the Sub away as far as he can before engaging the sinking controls.
Jack and Tom have blockaded the Hatch because the power went out and Creatures are waking up. Jack needs to pee and leaves his station only to take a piss and come back to hear the hatch smash open and the Las Plagas pouring out. He is also in love with Dori (Love at first sight) and wants to impress her.
Anyway, he can't kill them with the guns he has and escapes back to Tom. They make a run for it to the top and bring along some flammable container. When they get to the top the Las Plagas are following. Tom lights it using his Lighter he hasn't used in a year. He drops it and Jack quickly recovers it from the water and hands it to him Tom lights the container and throws it down the entrance hatch into the nearest Las Plagas, setting it on fire and it crashes down.
Tom and Jack jump off and swim to their ship and take off back towards the Island as the Sub sinks.
Back on the Island everyone celebrates. (The Island is clean of Undead and they also have a mansion)
Bim resting while Lony cares for him. Tom and Judy dancing and Chunq been a old man and Dori with Jack and telling Jack she needs to tell him some things obviously. He tells her if she wants to walk with him across the beach and she can tell him whatever she wants and whatever she doesn't. They return to everyone later holding hands.
THE END OF THE SUBPLOT.
It started of interesting before descending into a pile of crap that it was.
CHAPTER 30:
Alice, Ada, Becky, Jill and Leon been led through the war-tore WHITE HOUSE by Graudy and guards. Sounds of explosives shock the building. Alice taken through into the Oval Office. The rest remain outside.
Alice meets Wesker. Wesker quickly injects Alice with T-Virus. Or Las Plagas. The Virus is Red Colored. He explains Alice bonded with the Virus to reach her full potiental and that he needs that old Alice back because she is the weapon.
He then leads Alice and the other Survivors to the Observation and then on the rooftop. Final lines of the film are by Wesker.
"A lot has changed in the past weeks. This is the last that remains of us...of the human race itself. IT seems we are bonded against a common foe. This is why we needed you back. The Ultimate Weapon..."
Wesker orders guards to turn on lights and shine them upon the surrounding streets past the blockade fences and barriers.
"This is Humanity's Last Stand. The Final Conflict. The Beginning of the end..."
Gun Placements and Helicopters bombing and firing away at hordes of zombies, Dogs, Lickers, Executioners and giant spiders, all surrounding and trying to force their way through the barricades and into the White House.
Then those flying beasts monsters from RE5 reveal themselves and take a helicopter down and it ends with Alice and Team getting ready for a massive fight.
So basically, that shot we saw in the original teaser IS the final shot of the film but with everyone on the roof.
(NOTE: THE EXECUTIONERS FIGHT SCENE WE HAVE SEEN IN THE CLIPS AND TV SPOTS WAS NEVER IN THE NOVEL. MAKES ME WONDER WHAT OTHER THINGS WERE CHANGED AND ADDED.)
No mention of Red Queen at the end but I'm pretty sure she is Film 6's Villain revealed in the end credit scene at the end of this one. You know how each film sets up the next bad guy.

In Resident Evil 2 the film when they killed her via the helecopter blade yet she was alive 10 seconds later, that killed it for me.
Also Wesker is still alive...? Fucking stupid, there's only so much you can disbelieve...what mroe could they do to kill him? At least Capcom killed him off.

yeah I was just hoping the novel would go into more detail considering we get the continuation of the ending scene from the last one but for some reason Chris and Claire have vanished.

I'm just watching Resident Evil: Apocalypse and I forgot how beautiful Sienna Guillory is...
At this point, they're pretty close with how over the top and ridiculous it is. Who would've ever thought that once the movies came out? The games were once pretty grounded.

Capcom, Ninja Theory, Dante walking to a bank things around him turning or exploding, a fight with 2 evil chicks while using Devil Ttrigger (i.e. white hair), end with him hitting a fat guy (that has been shown around trailers for the game) with a stamp from the bank, it ends with "My name is Dante" and the 'DMC' logo.
It's apparently in 3D, but I watched it twice with glasses on and off (was shown twice since the first time it was shown without sound).

There's a scene with Barry and Jill, yet there's no dialog between them. Then Ada and Leon apparently know each other, yet nothing's alluded to it. Leon knows of the Las Plagas-virus as it's shown in a few scenes and dialogs and yet...nothing. Expected, so not surprising.
Though it was alluded that many dialog scenes were cut from the movie. There were rumors of the movie lasting close to 2 hours and Sienna Guillory also mentioned on her Twitter last year about the "Jill sandwich" been in the movie. Paul said he's working on an extended cut of the movie with some extra dialogs, so who knows.
The whole "VR" sid of things was kinda cool. Though in the end, I turn off my brain and expectations when it comes to expect something like the games, or accurate, etc. so thet may be why I have some...fun with the movies.

Yes. It seriously is dumb, even by the standards of the logic the series has established. Though I assume they'll both suddenly appear out of thin air for the sequel with one line of dialog explaining their absence and how they were able to meet up with Alice.
So yeah. This managed to be terrible even by the series' standards. Still, several hilarious moments (the usual over-the-top crazy action sequences that just prompt giggle fits instead of amazement; it's still a good time, lol).
Though nothing quite on par with the Luther Slam Dunk from Afterlife; that shit is legendary.
We cheered for my friend when his name rolled by in the credits (go Art Department!), and that was that. IMAX/3D are truly unremarkable.

IMO, the first one had the best score, done by Marco Beltrami and Manson. Had a very distinct, crunchy sound to it.
