Really? Guessing you've had a bad experience with them?

Pre-ordered a highly exclusive item from them (Ni No Kuni Wizards edition).
Then they emailed and said that the price had gone up and I had to pay more.
After I paid that they tripled the price on the postage claiming it had to be sent by courier rather than post.
When I asked for why and proof of the courier costs they cancelled my pre-order.
Took three months to get my money back.

They are scum.

Too bad they can't just reference sellers on ebay and cancel the preorders people are trying to scalp.
