I think I'm gonna sell (baw)Sackboy to get this, I split up with my coop partner just after I got it, my flatmate doesn't want to play it with me and I don't find the gameplay nearly as fun on my own unfortunately even if I love most everything else. Exact same as SM3DW really.

Sounds like I'll have a great time with this one and I just realised I don't need these PS4 copies of games that are in the PS Plus Collection now, like God of War, Spiderman and FF XV.

There's no point in keeping them apart from the reason of "its better to keep physical games just in case", right?

It is how it works with rogue-like games... after your beat a section or boss you can fast travel to the next section very easy.
That is how you progress.
There are gears and upgrades that are not temporary too... keep them forever.

turns out she\her\we\ivan drago is a trans activist with more pronouns in her twitter account than stars in the sky so they closed the topic to probably ban everyone who talked shit about the rainbow gendered cunt.

It isn't saving your current game though. If you have some non-saveable items or upgrades, they're gone when you quit the game. It's just arbitrary difficulty for the sake of it. They're doing it so people can't save scum, which is fucking dumb. If someone pays 70 dollars for a challenging game and wants to rob themselves of the chance to play a hard game, let them. And also let the rest of us, who don't have hours at a time to game, save our current progress.

They can solve this thing easily by doing quick save just like in Dragon Quest. You have the normal save, and then you have quick save that you can use/save no matter where you and then the save got delete when you load it.

It saves your weapon upgrades, story information and story items. And your progress when you beat a boss.

There isnt that many non savable upgrades? Or items? Items are randomly generated, so you only keep the whats given to you. Your secondary attack/defence items are randomly given to you. And you lose them when you die like rogue like games lol

Its not arbitrary for the sake of it... You just cant save in the middle of a level. You have to beat the boss

You didnt play games before Playstation and N64 did you lol.

It won't take 2 hours to finish a level most times, you die you start again. It just wont let you save in a middle of a level. Its not an easy game but its not that hard. Ever played rogue like games?
 
This might be a deal breaker for many I feel. I haven't encountered any concerns yet though. According to the other place, Matt stated that a 'quick resume' feature is coming at some point in the future.

Yeah, his credibility as an "insider" came into question due to that.

Then he became a guy that simply had opinions and takes.

Now he has completely burned that credibility too. Quite an accomplishment, considering opinions are not even arguable in the same way facts are.
