"Re-arranged" Limp Bizkit
Instantly fake, right there. The Ministry of Truth has, thankfully, wiped the band otherwise known as "Limp Bizkit" from history.
"Re-arranged" Limp Bizkit
Anddave is ok said:So judging by the fake list three of the six albums are:
U2 - Joshua Tree
Alanis Morissette - Jagged Little Pill
Avril Lavigne - Let Go
Keyser Soze said:U2 could get me to play rockband 28 hours a day!
I'd rather a pack than just releasing Joshua Tree though...
Duck said:Honestly I hope this is true (even though it likely isn't) because 1) it'd prove that there are usable Iron Maiden masters out there, 2) The Joshua Tree is awesome, 3) Sk8er Boi is a tolerable Avril song, 4) Fuel is still coming, and 5) if there's one Lacuna Coil song, there'll be more Lacuna Coil songs.
Granted there's heaps of shit on this list but... :|
onemic said:Is joshua tree a good album? I've never had a U2 album, and I'd lover to start. I loved elevation when it came out.
I'd buy all three of those without even thinking about it.Duck said:And
The Offspring: Greatest Hits
and maybe Number of the Beast. Maybe hopefully. And then Back in Black which is really obvious.probably not

That is what screams fake to me. You don't put 6 tracks from a hit pop star, and ignore 2 of her 3 biggest hits (unless all 6 are on an album that doesn't include those two?).Duck said:Allegedly a list of upcoming DLC from bin files or something was leaked. Tread with caution.
Inside is an Avril Lavigne 6-pack (no Girlfriend or Skaterboy though), a U2 six-pack (possibly Joshua Tree album?), 3 Iron Maiden songs from Number of the Beast, etc.

"Take It Off" The Donnas
Keyser Soze said:Personally I think if they are going to release an album then Joshua Tree would be the one I want. But I think it would be so much better to release a The Who style megapack, picking from there best stuff both new and old.
These are just leaked though, it in no way details all of the potential Avril songs. I've already said this before, but all her songs are from Let Go which has Sk8er Boi, and since there's going to be a pop album... you get the point.AMUSIX said:That is what screams fake to me. Affeinvasion said:That is the most hateful list I've ever seen.
Thank God my girlfriend doesn't listen to that shit ( and thank God this list is most likely fake...I mean Creed and Bizkit? Really?)

Nevermind.

Flynn said:I lean towards their older stuff. No Control is my favorite.
birdman said:Yeah, there is the split between old Bad Religion and new Bad Religion. the old stuff had a grittier sound, but the new stuff is a bit more polished, but still has that punk kick.
Struct09 said:So Metallica's new single came out last week. What ever happened to this?
We know that GH3 and GHWT are getting the Death Magnetic songs as DLC, but are we so sure that Rock Band is even getting that single anymore? The single they released (The Day That Never Comes) is actually not too bad.
Ten-Song said:Personally, I think Stranger Than Fiction and Process of Belief would be good starting points to get into Bad Religion.

BigBlackGamer said:You mean popular bands that have sold millions of copies of albums? Rock Band DLC is a buisness you know. I don't mess with Creed or Bizkit but there DLC would be popular.
hmxsean said:Hey all,
Just so you know - we know that Rush's "Moving Pictures" isn't up yet. There is a technical difficulty that is being worked out. I'll alert you when it is all clear.
Belgand said:Assuming that we've got only part of these files and it starts to take more shape though. We have a couple of packs where all of the songs are off of the same album and they tend to be in different genres and tend to be the "best" or at least most well-known album by the band. The Offspring is an odd exception to this and given the other notable singles from Americana I would have expected that as opposed to a selection of a few songs from three different albums.
At the same time this could just be some idiot sloppily grabbing bits of albums and saying that they're going to be in the game. Otherwise we're looking at a five albums and a large Offspring pack. I doubt we'd get another Rush pack this soon and especially considering the large amounts of Rush we've already gotten and that's coming in RB2.
Belgand said:Personally I think that in their desire to appeal to everyone they're going too far away from the basic concept of being Rock Band. Which is, well, rock. I also have personal issues with some of the choices they've made in the past, but still... just because a band has sold well doesn't mean they belong in the game. Harmonix has seemed to be far more interested in quality and rocking before. More recently though it certainly feels like they're trying to spread the net wider and get as much money as possible regardless of quality.
Struct09 said:The single they released (The Day That Never Comes) is actually not too bad.
Belgand said:Wow, I have to agree with you there. I mean, it's still pretty obviously late-period Metallica, but unlike St. Anger this is definitely listenable. Doesn't sound like I'd want to buy the album though.
sublime085 said:I'm confused, I just went to pre-order RB2, and the guy at gamecrazy said it's not coming out until October.
He just has outdated info right? RIGHT?

Struct09 said:You speak as if the Offspring songs are odd choices, but they've already been confirmed.
Struct09 said:Are we still having problems understanding that musical taste is subjective? I would probably end up purchasing Rearranged and having a lot of fun with it. Who are you to say it doesn't belong in the game? I am glad that Harmonix picks the songs.
