That's (almost) impossible because (almost) all of their songs are amazing.

Though it would be silly to not include Blackwater Park and Demon of the Fall.

A lot of their stuff wouldn't be great on guitar, but I wouldn't care. They sound so awesome that it would still be good enough for me to want to play.

I just say this because you're like "HMX is so stupid. They should've released this song instead" a lot of the time, even when it's a band you like.
 
I don't see the problem in saying "x song is better than z song and should have been the DLC"
I still like playing The Trees even though it's boring as shit on guitar and there's a ton of other Rush songs that would have been better.

Be happy when your band gets in, regardless of song. If it sucks on guitar, then bust out the mic. If it sucks on vocals, break out the kit.

I'm content with the R.E.M. we have. Not that I wouldn't like to see more, but I'm not going to go complain about it. I save that for other bands I like, because as a well-rounded individual, I have several bands I enjoy listening to, and as a pretentious bitch, I have no qualms pointing that out over and over.

Exactly. I was so happy getting Bad Religion a year and a half ago that I didn't care it wasn't any of my first choices.

(btw Harmonix, BR's new album comes out in the fall. AdvertDLC plz)

I'd assume PtH would make it to PS3. They're moderately popular and every song is fun as hell on all three instruments.
 
I'm calling bullshit, a LOT of opeth songs would be fun as fuck on guitar, not to mention amazing on drums. The early stuff would be amazing if RB supported fucking rhythm guitar which it still doesn't for some reason that's not nearly good enough for me to care about.

hell, the custom for Ghost of Perdition was really fucking fun back when I played it uh, 3 years ago. hah.

I understand they're long songs, and omg chords, but the riffs that are there would be incredibly fun to play.

and yes, I'm sure you could pick a fine example of one that wouldn't be great to play on guitar. but there's plenty that would be, and those are the songs that they'd go for if any.

I'm just saying that it's not the end of the world when some artist comes in and your fave song doesn't get released right away. There are ways to voice your discontent without saying..

"Wow. HMX are fail! Why the fuck did they pick shitty song A? They should've went with awesome song on guitar B!"

You can say something like..

"Man, I'm so glad Band X made it to RB. That's not the song I would've chosen, but it's still pretty awesome!"

The drum chart is excellent too. In wouldn't want much of their newer stuff though, the newest album wasn't great, let them eat war would be fun though (I know that's not from the newest)

There is a slew of songs I could request that could be really good, but for right now I just want Infected because it's a bit of a safe bet and I need to wash my mouth out from the cover in GH1.
