I played a Ranger from the DC version to GC to Xbox. I made him look the same with the same name (Ronabo) each time. On the DC version I once played it at work with my "boss." We worked at a mom and pop game store that had multiple TVs setup on the wall. The place had two phone lines, so we both had Dreamcasts running with the game. It was awesome.
Oh we sold quite a few systems and copies of the game because of us doing this. People would come in and see use fighting a boss and love the idea of use being online with other people for free.
