Link me.TheGreatDave said:Buckethead is an awesome song.
Not that you were there but your opinion means absolutely less than nothing. Your opinion is the absolute zero on the Kelvin scale in this thread and I think more than likely the world.Costanza said:I think Paul Mccartney was the one that sucked shit live, not MGMT.

If there are no vocals, then it doesn't count. Songs need lyrics.

While it's got good musicianship, I personally don't think that's a good song. It's like Mr. Bungle. I can respect them for their great playing, it's not something I can dance/groove to, and therefore no good.TheGreatDave said:

Yes, I can groove to Behemoth and Deicide with no problem. In fact, I just finished Conquers All on bass and it was awesome.

I don't get it either. I think cork just doesn't like 100% growly bands, as evidenced by Opeth, BTBAM, Bodom, etc. etc.NameGenerated said:Just curious, why is Behemoth the whipping boy for me? I'm sure I like other bands you guys hate. But no, it's always Behemoth.
Didn't say they sucked. Just said I don't really enjoy listening to them that much. I have mad respect for Mike Patton. I saw them with Tomahawk back in 2002 and it was pretty crazy to see that guy work live, but I'm not into his music much.TheGreatDave said:Mr. Bungle hate, what the hell.
Anyone that takes CC's lyrics seriously is foolish. It's not like you can understand them, at least not the one's Chris Barnes does (which are the nastier ones). Fisher actually enunciates very well and I can understand a lot of it while at the same time keeping a powerful and heavy feeling. It's the reason I like him more (plus he is or was an avid WoW player).corkscrewblow said:Cannibal Corpse is worse than Behemoth.
The rest of the song is actually worse.

Also, mosh pits suck! I'm there to watch the band and headbang, not get pushed around by some fat greasy fuck. That's why Manowar was one of my favorite concerts for the atmosphere. Everyone just stood in one place and threw the horns up all night. Was awesome!
I still don't see the appeal.NameGenerated said:Anyone that takes CC's lyrics seriously is foolish. Do you like or can you tolerate these vocals?corkscrewblow said:I still don't see the appeal.
Those "vocals" aren't comparable to anything I like. I don't get how people can listen to this. The song in GTA Episodes is just as bad.
I don't care for CC either. But you can't put Behemoth in the same camp as them. Behemoth's vocals are infinitely more comprehensible than Cannibal Corpse.corkscrewblow said:I still don't see the appeal.

Slightly better vocals but I still wouldn't ever listen to that song.NameGenerated said:
