Seriously, it's really amazing. If we don't get Free Bird, Sweet Child O Mine, Hangar 18, and Heart Shaped Box by the end of the year I'm going to be pretty sad.

How come? (Asking this as someone trying to decide what to buy for a new guitar.)

I can see it just from a design view, there's really a lot that's different between the two brands of guitar, even though you're pressing the same buttons. I like the strat better though, no spacing between the buttons, so it's easier to slide between buttons, and I like that the new one is pretty much completely silent.

I still like the GH3 guitar too, just not as much anymore. The clicking annoys me too much to ever use it anymore.

It could be that. My guitar skills have gone down the tube since I started exclusively playing vocals at my Rock Band parties. I've been starting to get them back up to scratch but it's going to take a while to get to the stage where I was 5 starring the bottom end of the GH3 setlist.

Score uploads take a bit of time for some reason. Has nothing to do with playing with someone online and everything with shit upload time.

well, I bought every song except for SK and Bandages (sorry, both are definitely not my taste).

Stone Roses = super fun guitar
Sorrow = chugging punk guitar but still a good song (good vocals and drums)
Cult = very boring guitar. good drums. epic vocals.

and on to rush.. (haven't played any drums here)
Tom Sawyer (haven't played.. lol...)
Red Barchetta - great guitar. very good bass. vocals are awesome. best song on the album IMHO.
YYZ - fucking epic all the way around. best game song of the album (well, except for vocals )
Limelight - chart is a little better over the cover. actual song is miles over the cover. not just vocals either.
The Camera Eye - hmm.. very conflicted on this. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this actual song. However, while everything is fun it's all quite sparse. If you are a Rush fan you will love playing it, but I don't see it getting pulled out at parties, unless it's a party filled with Rush fans.
Witch Hunt - Always kind of the black sheep on the album for me. Still a solid if not great song. As someone else pointed out, the "stage effects" during the intro are pretty cool if you actually watch those.
Vital Signs - Very decent guitar, GREAT bass (one of the best IMHO), and very fun vocals. An awesome hidden gem on this album as far as game songs go.

For me personally, this album stomps all over the Who Pack as best DLC in the game. No stinkers, a classic fucking album, HMX did an outstanding job with the mix, and for me personally, one of the very first albums I ever listened through from start to finish (and I literally mean album, back in 1982).
