I'm really hoping for that soon, considering lots of the rumored songs turned out to be normal DLC, so now most of what'll be in that list of 20 is up in the air.

Not a drummer I take it? "Self Esteem" is awesome on the drums. :D

Indeed it is, and I only play on hard. Luckily I had exactly 320 points left so I didn't get pretty fly for a white guy, that's one of the few songs of their's I dont like.

Sweet. First album I will buy for RB. I've always loved the Crue. I'd have to say this is the best DLC, in my opinion, that it's had for a whle. I'm betting it's going to surprise a lot of people. The previous Crue songs were a hell of a lot of fun to play.

RB DLC has been on a roll since Moving Pictures.

Now, what if...

Cruefest: Dr Feelgood::Shackler's Revenge:Appetite for Destruction?

That'd be so awesome.

Sucks for me, I'm no fan of the Crue

I'll join the song pack wishing. I can already hear the inevitable "SHUT UP OLD MAN, YOUR MUSIC SUCKS!!!" :lol

Neil Young Pack 1

Cortez the Killer
Like a Hurricane
Powderfinger
I love NEil Young to death!
However, I'd go with "Hey Hey My My (into the black)" instead of "Powderfinger"

The guitar solo on "Cinnamon Girl" would translate so poorly to this game that I kinda wanna see it lol

My problem with it isn't the chart (which is, I guess, as good as it could be) but just...nobody thinks of My Iron Lung when they think of Radiohead. Most people don't even think of The Bends. Structurally it's pretty dull, when the band could provide some exciting tracks for the game. If they had just been some band I didn't know I'd probably enjoy playing the song more.
I agree completely. Its not even a song I think of when I think of the Bends.

I like The Bends a lot though. I think "Optimistic" would be awesome aside from the more obvious Radiohead tracks. Especially because the way they chart songs is soooo far away from how the songs are really played it would make certain parts of that song needlessly tricky.

But seriously, the Sleater Kinney song they chose would be my LAST choice if I were to pick a definitive SK song.

Dr. Feelgood and Kickstart My Heart are definite buys. I don't think it deserved an entire album, though. Still, the number of songs is just getting ridiculous. They're probably have 400 songs available via DLC by the end of the year... maybe even 500.

I love the Offspring, but even I think the picks are "meh" at best.

Really? The only thing I would do is replace Pretty Fly for The Kids Aren't Alright, though I admit that Pretty Fly is more than than I anticipated.

Well 500 is the number they are touting around. Duck did the calculations and said with the albums that we know are coming out and the 20 free songs, they only need to put out about 3 songs a week to get to 500 for the year.

Actually, two songs a week, 1.7 if you want to be really precise.

I'd also rather have Self Esteem replaced with All I Want.

You might just be talking funny, but "Optimistic" is on Kid A.

Motley Crue is really terrible.

With the PS3 release rapidly approaching, I hope they fixed all the problems RB1 PS3 had (no voice chat, wiggly vocal arrows, inability to delete individual songs).

Happy Friday everyone!

The PS3 version better have a logical way of showing gold stars in menus. Then patch the 360.
I know this is like a huge fucking deal to you. But SPREADSHEETS!

I keep track of score, streak, percentage, stars.. So I don't see the huge deal. Plus I love me some Excel. Mmmmm!

Its more likely I just won't buy the game than do that shit.
Good, then there'll be one less person bitching up a storm over every minute little detail of the game.

I know you mean well, but the developer isn't going to be able to put in every little thing to make every person happy, and I guess stars are something they didn't see needed to be in there. I'm pretty sure Harmonix is going for the "fun" and not the "competitive". But I could be wrong.

I know.

Kickstart my Heart is going to finally take the crown from Foreplay/Longtime for having the most amazing Big Rock Ending!

Dude, don't use the Nintendo defense. Do Harmonix want to just see me smile too?

Stars could be added to the quick play screen with minimal effort. It is merely a gross oversight that could easily be fixed by HMX with a simple patch.

I also wish they showed how many times you played a song.
I wish RB2 and GHWT had detailed stats screens like Smash Bros. Although, I'd probably get depressed seeing my total play time.
