This is my mea culpa (wait, isn't redundant? My my fault!), Amusix was right and reconfirms his/her status as god of this thread:
The last pack of Green Day songs contain harmonies. Or at least the MIDIs do, I don't know about the actual music tracks (are they even separated in The Beatles?). Funnily enough, Last of the American Girls lists 2 vocal parts but has all 3 harmonies (the last is practically a stub--there are like 2 phrases or something--I think it's purely for lip-syncing purposes).
A quick scan of the more-recent songs doesn't seem to show any of them having harmonies, but I should hopefully have my automated program done tonight to confirm that.
