Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.
I love sleazy '80s-style action, especially if it's unintentionally loltastic from start to finish like Invasion U.S.A., Pray For Death, or Gymkata. This makes me want to watch Rambo IV yet again, but my sister is borrowing it right now. FML.MrOctober said:Rambo is so deliciously violent I love it. Fucking brutal from start to finish. That's how action movies should be done.
I blame the death of drive-ins and urban gentrification.Ridley327 said:Sadly, the era of audiences loving Macho Bullshit action films ended in the mid 90s and it's never really recovered. I think the shock of Arnold Schwarzenegger playing a pregnant man was too much for the diehard fans of the genre. The Rock had the absolute best chance of any working actor in Hollywood to help spearhead a new renaissance for the genre, but no one saw The Rundown and now he's trapped in Disney Hell. Thankfully for us, though, Stallone is more stubborn than 10 mules and won't back down from what the genre calls for. To put it simply, he is a good man.
They should have given us Faith +1 inste... shit, beaten. Damn you, Archie. :/Gunstarheroes said:Anberlin Feel Good Drag

That should mean more input lag with PAL, and an advantage for the Scorehero kids.Ridley327 said:Well, if GH2 has a 50Hz mode, then it would be quite the difference.
