Also, link combos and the way they teach you stuff is still annoying. Sometimes it doesn't tell you that you need to cancel or dash and I just frankly don't get links, they are way too frame-specific. For challenge mode I just keep trying til I get it which makes me say "Great, I didn't really do anything different that time." Sometimes I get it on my first try, others take like 20. Even basic stuff with just like 3 hits. Dumb imo.

I'm not really a fan of the links either. It's incredibly tight for some things, and with any lag at all online really makes it really fucking hard to pull off. I just stick with simple 2-3 hit combo's as a sure thing. My ranked record isn't great, I was trying to use Hakan :lol

Pretty impressed with the latency for that shit too, I played nothing but 2 bars ranked and had one huge lagspike when some dude pulled his super on me, so I think the accuracy of your ping isn't very good...or something.

I've stayed away from offline. Looking at the MH3 thread, everyone who goes online has had bad experiences with other players aka not using potions when they have no hp then wiping 3 times. I can only play around 9, 10pm est time though, usually play for 3 hours, whats your player name for mh?
