Is this whole book just like Community in that it's basically a meta show where they just make references for the sake of references instead of doing things on their own? I'm not even using this as an excuse to knock Community here but I'm sick of references just to show a reference. I feel like that's the new thing and it sucks. Pop culture references are getting very played out.

It does have an endearing story, but the references are like a thick layer of frosting. If you don't like the refernces now, then you may wanna jump ship.

Its a love story mixed with fights, the references are there if you want them, if you arent a video game nerd you dont really need to know em.

E3, 2010 June 15th-17th

I've had a countdown widget going on my computer for the last 75 days or so...

seeing the countdown enter into two weeks or less status is HUGE.

I cannot freaking wait!

I get disgustingly hyped during conventions. But we're still too far away to get excited.

Outside of the Verizon ad you come across, they're never that obtrusive. You never get the chance to see the Energizer packaging long enough to give two shits about it.
 
I'm hyped for E3. The sad thing is I'll probably be at work when all the press conferences happen (I work mornings to afternoon M-F every week). Even more sad is I'll probably follow some people on twitter just for the sake of finding out info while I'm there:lol

My finals week is the same week as E3.

Fuck my life.
 
E3 happens the same week I prepare to leave for my grandparents' 50th wedding anniversary, so that will be one jam-packed week of entertainment. The bannings will blacken the skies!
 
WWDC (Apple's world wide developers conference) is in 6 days and 17 hours so that will get me through the first week of waiting until E3. Then it's like 9 days until RB3 is unveiled. Which is awesome.

but then I nailed perfectly a part where I missed when I played with you...so I kept playing.

I hate when that happens. Im pretty sure that if I try a lot and have great concentration I can FC this song...but Im always lazy to do that...despite me loving this song with all my heart.
 
Can you even go that fast on rock band's double pedals? That looks like heel / toe kicking same pedal on two pedals. Jeez

Exactly why it wouldn't pass. Songs have to be physically possible on stock equipment.
 
That's actually the reason why that song is undercharted on Expert+ in GH5; the hardware simply wasn't built for Gene Hoglan's drumming. Hell, most actual drumsets aren't built for that guy.
