Romney considers 2016 bid. Legit Shook.

The coming Republican primary fight is going to be so interesting. It'll literally be like shoving 12 guys through a doorway all at once and wondering who will make it through.

If Christie doesn't get stuck in the doorway.

Reagan too.

I'm hoping for a longer, more acrimonious primary season for the Republicans. The more running, the better it will be.

Reagan ran twice but he only got the nomination once before becoming president. Nixon actually got the nomination twice before becoming president.

Can you imagine the 24/7 gloating Mitt would be doing now with the economy up, unemployment down, and gas at almost half what it was? We really dodged a bullet there.

Do you really need to insult his weight, Corzine?

I don't understand why he would want to put himself through that again. It's a such a long, difficult process. The Republican party is still toxic so chances of victory are very low. He should just sit back, relax, and enjoy his 250 million dollars.

Third time is the charm? Well, he has the money to burn so more power to him, I guess. Always plenty of room on the clown car that is the GOP primary.

I dunno, with the economy off the table its probably going to be a foreign policy race.

There are ALOT of people that don't think Hillary has the "balls" to be an effective FP leader.

I'm sure he's surrounded by people telling him he'll win. Just like last time.

A venture capitalist and governor having more foreign policy experience than the Secretary of State does sound exactly like the kind of thing Americans would believe.

With Romney and Bush splitting the "moderate" Republicans, I bet Mr. Cruz is thinking hard right now, "Goldwater did it in 1964".

It could be worse, literally any serious Republican candidate outside of Bush and Romney would be way, way, way worse as a president.

Good. I could use a good laugh while he hopelessly fails again (and again, and again). The Democrats could put a ham sandwich up against the guy, and in 2017 we'd be calling the POTUS the 'porkwich-in-chief'.

Obama did make him look like a fool about Russia and living in the cold war mindset.

She was there when they blew Osamas brains out what stellar foreign policy track record are republicans going to bring up that doesn't involve reaching all the way back in time to Reagan?

I think he's just referring to sexist American voters. Hence "balls."

So nothing to do with actual foreign policy.

Man, I'd almost forgotten the circus that went on before Mitt got the nomination. They played hot potato with the lead for the nomination.

Well, they don't really have any nominees. They are all pretty much the same as the last round, and the few newcomers aren't that liked. Honestly, with all the time they had between election, they haven't done jack shit to find anyone new (an up and comer) to try to fill the void.
Didn't they shove an alien roach in the body of that Cuban guy and puppet some lines thru the speakers after the state of the union?

Then he asked for some sugar water but they didn't put enough sugar in it and he died.

Yeah they tried to get some people to step up, and they quickly failed. I just meant, when you look at the overall lineup of people running, it's 99% the people from the last time. So it actually makes sense Mitt is still liked more then them. Since the other folks are fuckin insane or terrible (and that's saying something, that good ol Mitt seems stable compared to them loool).

But yeah, they did try. I wonder how Chris Christie plays into this. The right seems to fuckin hate him after he thanked Obama and praised him. He also has all those scandals. And yet, some people like him? I dunno. If it wasn't for the party hating him, I wouldn't be sure.

Weirdest way to end a political career.

Really, all it takes. Howard Dean scream ya'll.

He's pretty old, though I suppose HIllary is as well.

It's always good for one's personal career to be considering a run. Less so to actually declare.

I want to know what his wife thinks tbh. It really seemed like she didn't want him to run last time, and was crushed by the loss. Given the strain it put on his family I'm surprised he's gearing up again. Especially with 2016 already having multiple establishment candidates (Bush, Christie, Walker).

Christie and Walker are paper tigers, outside of Bush the GOP has no one. Also a new round of subpoenas were just passed down in the bridge thing, that ain't over yet.
