R Money is back!

The thing I love about Romney is that despite all of his money, he can never get the one thing that he desperately wants the most. It warms my heart. I really hope he does this again so that he can lose a third time.

Democrats are so afraid to lose ever again with a Left wing or Center-Left candidates like Humphrey, McGovern, Dukakis that they will continue to veer economically and militarily towards the Right with guaranteed to win candidates like the Clintons (who are Center-Right)

Warren will never be nominated

I really question the publisher's choice in italicizing the and.

It makes like it seems there wasn't more alliteration coming, like "did you think we ran out of G words? nope here's Gravy!
I imagine like all of it in a pile on his plate -- a bible, a gun, covered in grits, and then Huckabee grinning hungrily as he pours gravy all over that weird heap.

when do the televised debates between republican hopefuls start? im getting my drinking games prepped asap, especially if people like Mitt are coming back for the shit show lol.

This is true, in the sense that it was nice to see Romney admit that he really thought what we all assumed he thought about the American people.

That wasn't what the comment was in reference to. It was just about the 47% thing. Considering only income tax, IIRC it was pretty much correct. So naturally, the reaction was outrage and righteous indignation. How dare he.

But is Romney an out-of-touch elitist 1%-er piece of Wonder white-bread? A: Yes.

The Atlantic did a pretty good write up on Bush vs Romney back when people were saying Bush had a "Romney Problem", in that he was too closely connected to the financial world, much like Romney in 2012.

Jeb Bush Doesn't Have a Mitt Romney Problem:

If Romney's hopeful friends are right, and given the ways a finance background would likely play differently in 2016, the problem might not be that Jeb Bush is painted as another Mitt Romney. His problem might be that the first Mitt Romney is standing in his way.

Oh, that guy, the guy a lot of Europeans think is a big idiot. Most of his politics are digusting and pisses me off.

In Norway, most parties dislikes him so much that socialists, conservatives, liberals and socialdemocats worked together to help Obama win.

I thank you for your efforts.

Ah good sir. Well if the europeans think it well then.

oh please god yes, a Romney out for revenge. The sheer hilarity of the situation would be such that it is a necessary American RIGHT that must be enshrined into the constitution. We are owed this for our sacrifices in the name of FREEDOMS.

Lol, that reminds me of the mock poll in Canada

88% Obama vs. 12% Romney if you remove neithers and undecideds.

Unfortunately, despite being the 52nd state, we can't vote in American elections. Sorry continental US, you will have to do this on your own :P

Jeb and/or Rubio will be on the ticket in some capacity. Repubs know they need to appeal to Hispanics somehow, and Jeb did really well with FL hispanics as guv. Rubio is the token candidate who is a great speaker.

Obama could screw both of them by passing immigration reform theirby forcing Repubs to campaign against it

Yup, unfortunately true.

Oh man, remember when Mitt Romney went on Univision to sway the hispanic vote, and got a ridiculous tan to make himself look hispanic (in his mind)?

I think he'll win. In the lead-up to election, Congress and Senate and any states that can are gonna go as hard as possible on voter ID laws, and big donors are gonna dump a ton of funds on him.

I'm getting such a sense of deep disillusionment with the political process from Democratic voters and many Republicans, too. If Papa Mitt can pull off the usual GOP line about "don't think about the details, I'll handle the business" I can see him getting in just because he's milquetoast; an empty vessel.

Then the 8-year plan to frack/log/mine everything, deregulate Wall Street, and solidify the police state can finally start lol
