Doubtful that the Orange Goblin will be a surprise entrant. WWE wouldn't want to risk him breaking his hip by being tossed over the top rope.

Lets look at the people in contention:
Will not win:
* CM Punk - Will be eliminated by the surprise entrant Kane, leading to their Elimination match, leading to HHH at WM.
* Kane - After taking out CM Punk, will lose interest and withdraw from the match
* Dolph Ziggler - I think he is dead or something.
* Daniel Bryan - Will not win because he isn't in it, he needs to get ready to take on Fandango on smackdown
* Jericho - Because even though he will be a surprise return, he hasn't won anything for fourteen years.
* Del Rio - The other 29 wrestlers are not from Mexico so he will not be permitted in the match for long. But if he does eliminate Batista to further their "feud"... I'll cheer him.
* A shield member - Because I'm pretty sure the WWE has forgotten all about these guys and what they are supposed to be doing. They'll probably cook up something for them at some stage, but no way they work it out before the rumble starts. Look for some "tension" as they are eliminated.
* Batista - I assume I have the power to prevent this and it just hasn't appeared yet. It'll probably appear just in time.
* Cesaro - Because WWE
Might win:
* Sheamus - Because WWE
* Cena - Because WWE Network (He'll be front and centre in some way to make people "want" to subscribe)
* HHH - Because HHH and WWE
* Kofi Kingston - He is riding a huge push at the moment after beating the WWE champion clean. Probably the hot favourite going in, so ironically will not win because it is too obvious.
Will win:
* Bray Wyatt - Assuming Cena "lol I win"s Orton (a safe bet), Bray could will win the rumble so he can go up against Cena. It would give credibility to his character and also allow Cena to join with Bryan and leech all his popularity until he is left as a drained Ryder shaped shell.
Will be the Miz
* The Miz - controversial call, but I believe he can rise above his recent troubles and will reach the heights of being the Miz for at least one more night.
* Ryback - Not quite ready to be the Miz yet, but on such a big occasion there is the chance that he will step up.
Will not win:

Probably will, I'm confident it will.
I wouldn't be surprised if they start showing dark matches on it as well. They film everything like the rest of the show.

One of the first PPVs in a long while that has me excited.
D-Bry vs Bray should be fantastic if they get more than 8 minutes. I would be excited about the RR but we all know Batista is going to win and go on to WM to fight Blandy Borton for the title which somehow seems worse than Cena/Rock.

Going to my buddies house to watch this and it'll be the first ppv I've watched since summer slam. I have low expectations so hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised.

I believe it will be handled the same way as it currently is on Hulu. A 90-minute cut down version of Raw and full episodes of Smackdown will be added to the Network a day or two after airing.
