And they had a bugged game at launch (still has), but it was functional. I played at launch.

Why would any indie developer who wasn't some troll getting attention for a conspiracy theory release such an app?
What makes you think any indie developer has ever tried? And as I just asked.. why would they?
And the app.. doesn't contain a porn video.. it contains nothing.. the patch is going to contain the content, and that content will get certified.
Thing is, Sony doesn't play every minute of every game either way.. any dev could hide some porn in their game/app.. and then they'd lose their ability to make Playstation games.
