After coming down from my baffled "...what?" response I had to see why.

Apparently there was some "Blue Whale Challenge" (possibly a hoax) that took place over a couple months with various normal tasks that eventually built to self harm and suicide. Saudi Arabia apparently banned several video games that were supposedly part of the challenges tasks. Dragons Dogma was one such game.
