I'm guessing they just mean the PAL release will be available in March, not a US re-release.

Oh god, please don't get the pal version. Get the Japanese version instead because the pal boxart is horrible. It has the same English translation as the US version though the shouts are in Japanese. But then again, if you don't care about the boxart you could just get the pal version.

From what I've heard the graphics and the voices are both in Japanese.

You can order it at yesasia and play-asia , though play-asia recently upped the price. As for your other question, the DS has no region lock

I was in an EB yesterday trying (futilely) to secure a preorder for MGS3:S LE, and a high schooler walked in asking for PWAA. People still WANT this game. In NYC, at least, it's impossible to find.

The first one was Royal Electronics which distributes only to small indie shops I think and the other one doesn't have a web site.

So unless there is a mom and pop game store in your area you my have to wait a while.

A Capcom rep told me today that you should ask your local store to re-order. The game is still in production.
