It's pure logic.

Axel does nothing for Heyman and is proven to be useless against Punk. Punk vs. Heyman is far from over, esp. since there's no other program for Punk right now and so far they've been gold together.

And now Heyman conned his way into getting this match turning into a no-DQ, so there will definitely be someone helping him after Axel takes his pinfall.

Curtis Axel has had better matches with Tyson Kidd than Chris Hero has had with anyone in the ring.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ohno's match with Regal was better than anything Axel's ever done and Hero's put on some excellent singles matches over the course of his career. Hell, he dragged Bad Bones to a fantastic match and, if you know anything about Bad Bones, that's a pretty impressive feat.
