How over is Ziggs in the WWEverse? I don't remember him ever getting huge pops anywhere. I don't think it's just because he's a heel either. Orton got massive heel pops. PEACE.

Ziggler gets huge pops at PPVs and in events in big wrestling areas (chicago, Minneapolis, most areas on the east coast north of DC, canada), though not as much at the house shows or weekly raw/smackdown events. He gets over for his in ring action. IF he had better mic work he'd be a modern day mr perfect.
