I totally hated Super Time Force. Got it for free some month on Xbox and expected to love it, but it was absolutely terrible.

I was super hyped for driveclub, but decided to wait for the free version since the reviews were bad
seeing all these threads about how the game was underrated and was actually great, I was super excited to finally try the free version when it came out

Shitclub wishes it could slipstream a fart made by the Forza team. PS4 is seriously lacking in quality racers. Project Cars ain't carrying the torch, that's for sure. Till GT gets its shit together, the king of racing is unfortunately tied to one system.

Driveclub is an amazing game. Simcade racer. Best of both worlds. I have Dirt Rally, haven't played that. Want to try Forza 6 but don't know if I would play it enough (prolly not).

Driveclub is definitely bad in comparison to Forza. I've played some of the PS+ version and man, the driving just does not feel very good. I gave up on racing and just admired the image quality for a bit.
Wish I had an X1 for Forza 6. Jonesing for a sold racer. GT7 is a ways off still.

Driveclub is beautiful, but yeah the driving is teeeeeerrrrrrrrible
NBC allowed streaming last night for the telecast.
WWE's viewership has gone down since 2002. Meanwhile, the NFL's has gone up.
Skipped Raw this week so decided to give Smackdown a watch instead:
- Opened with Wyatts in the ring, Harper got to talk a bit and he was pretty good. Bray cuts a straightforward, solid promo about Reigns being obsessed with becoming The Guy and Ambrose having blind loyalty to him despite being thrown to the dogs all the time so this goes down as a worked shoot. Stowman should have kept the mask on. He just looks goofy without it on. Nice to see a show not open with an Authority promo!
- Cesaro vs Miz. Cesaro makes Miz look real good here. Miz attacks the ribs, goes for a figure 4 into a rollup by Cesaro. Cesaro reverses figure 4 into a sharpshooter for the win. Didn't do much for me, typical Smackdown match evening up a Raw result in the same week.
- Jimmy Uso joins Roman and Dean for a promo. They are really pushing this family angle which screams a Rock appearance but for a rather heatless feud like this it seems a waste. Jimmy is obnoxious as fuck. He's Samoan Mojo.
- Paige vs Sasha. LMAO the muted crowd for Sasha's entrance, overlaid with canned boos. Fucking Smackdown. Sasha has an inlay promo which was pretty great as usual. She's got that conviction and confidence. Jerry says he could watch the Twitter battle between the girls all day long. Match starts with some full team brawling around the ring, shades of TNA. Everyone except for Paige and Sasha get ejected. "Stephanie McMahon really kicked it off guys" FUCK OFF BOOKER. FUCK OFF STEPH. Some of the most blatantly added crowd noises in this match as the crowd goes really really quiet during this. Paige dumps Sasha to the outside and we get some of the worst shaky cam bullshit I have ever ever ever seen.
To be fair, Paige and Sasha really upped the intensity here and the finish to the match is fine. Big brawl, teams come out again. DQ. Not the worst I've seen from the main roster women since the NXT callups.
There is an ad for "Geeks who Drink". Dear god.
- A 10 minute recap of the Seth Rollins Raw stuff. 10. Minutes. Smackdown.
Raw did not look good except for the New Day.
- Byron with Rollins in the back. Light Justin Bieber chant. Rollins rattles off the script as usual. They are pushing the statue harder than the possibility of Stang winning the title. MY FELLAH. Sheamus threatens a cash in on NoC. That could be cool, what with the 2 matches Rollins has.
- NEW DAY. Big E gives a death scream at the end of "POWAAAAAAAAAAAA". Xavier is sans trombone
Dean comes out to a big, legit pop. Roman is there. New Day are getting those New Day rock chants. Booker says that everything that Bray has predicted has come true, which is a bigger lie than the canned crowd reactions. Jimmy gets tagged in and is all fire. He hits the Rear View to Kofi. XAVIER GETS THE TROMBONE HANDED TO HIM. The trombone is very over. Big New Day rocks chants. Roman gets a hot tag, big pop. Murders Kofi. Roman should be a heel. All his facials, his moveset, screams heel.
Wyatt interference. Stowman with shades of MGS5 is choking out Jimmy. Jimmy dies.
- Lucha Dragons vs Ascension. Ascension come out with Cody and an insert promo. Cody kills it as usual. Sin Cara does a single move and tags out.
Holy shit its an Ascension squash! Cody does some light distraction stuff into a Fall of Man.
- Charlotte and Nikki backstage. Wow this was pretty good! Charlotte sounds quite convincing here and Nikki was fine too. Nikki calls her delusional and Charlotte retorts with "Call me whatever you like but after Monday you'll have to call me champion"! She CAN talk. Sometimes. On a taped show. Backstage.
- Seth vs Ryback. Raw repeat numero 3! Eh, standard enough. Rollins looks good as usual. Heels beatdown Ryback on the outside. Neville does a dive onto everyone except KO for NO RAISIN. Ryback counters out of the Pedigree into a Shellshock but Owens pulls his legs out from under him. Rollins hits the Pedigree.
Smackdown gets a C.

And they know they're going to get killed on Monday, so I doubt they'll be motivated to try, which means the upcoming Raw is going to be even more hot garbage than usual.
I basically have ABC, NBC, and FOX and that's all I kind of need. NFL Network is something else that airs their games online as well.
And I agree about it being more of quality than anything.
Something going for them, like last night, is they had two huge fan-bases and big names associated in the game. The NFL has stars and they get new ones every year. The WWE keeps trotting out guys like The Undertaker, Lesnar, and pushes for The Rock because they are the draws nowadays that bring in people. Take them away and you got Cena and a bunch of nothing. It's their own fault.

No, the network would need to add many more viewers for it to replace PPVs in profitability. The WWE is now actually making money again but thats because they have cut the dividend and expenses after the week early number.

The NFL has a great PR and branding team, as seen in the "what would it take for you to stop watching NFL games" thread, where people will literally never stop watching unless they go blind or it comes out that every owner in the league is running a child porn ring.
Their branding has been nothing short of miraculous. I think the game of football is pretty bleh, yet they've built a league where they can have commercials ever 2 minutes, reward blatant cheaters, never stick to any of the punishments they hand out, and worst of all intentionally try to hide information on the effects of concussions because they were afraid of it ruining their bottom line. Yet, people don't care at all. It's amazing. Carnier than wrestling.
