And it don't hurt that Ortega and Liu were hot as shit in it, either.
Assuming you mean Jenna Ortega, she wasn’t in the movie. Are you thinking of Rachel Zegler who played Anthea?

Yeah, that's bullshit. Ant-man did badly because people are fed up with Disney's endless factory production line of 'content' and Shazam 2 failed because people are fed up with the endless shit DCEU movies.
We’ll see who’s right when the rest of them come out…So in 2023, people randomly made this sudden decision despite the box office for Marvel and DC movies in 2022 (Black Adam being the only one that underperformed) saying the exact opposite?

To be fair both Thor 4 and BP2 underperformed and the yeah before Black Widow, the Eternals and Shang-Chi flopped. So in 2023, people randomly made this sudden decision despite the box office for Marvel and DC movies in 2022 (Black Adam being the only one that underperformed) saying the exact opposite?

Can you define a number range for ‘flop’ so that the thread has a clearer picture? To be fair both Thor 4 and BP2 underperformed and the yeah before Black Widow, the Eternals and Shang-Chi flopped.
Thor 4 had a boxoffice to production budget ratio of 3.04 vs 4.74 for Thor 3.750 million and 850 million don’t seem like underperforming to me. It’s lower than their prior films in their respective series but still much more than Ant-man 3 did.
That would when the boxoffice gross is less than 2.5 times the production budget. Can you define a number range for ‘flop’ so that the thread has a clearer picture?
Thor 4 had a boxoffice to production budget ratio of 3.04 vs 4.74 for Thor 3.
BP was 6.91 vs BP2’s 3.44.
So, yes, they underperformed.
I thought that was Ortega the whole time, lolAssuming you mean Jenna Ortega, she wasn’t in the movie. Are you thinking of Rachel Zegler who played Anthea?
