Yeah 2k17 looks hideous for the most part

I'm surprised Asuka came out looking pretty decent

Regardless the game looks like it'll be fun this year. I'll grab on sale at Black Friday or whatever

Also I don't follow ROH but what's so bad about it?

Lots of things, tbh. But the biggest is just that the product feels so stale - very little stands out and the only real excitement surrounds NJPW or CMLL guys coming in. The TV show is so, so dry and any matches recorded for it tend to be underwhelming, while the PPVs don't get the buzz they should online because they sell them for $35. For that price, when something doesn't deliver fans are more likely to feel like they didn't get their money's worth, especially when the competition (big and small) offers better value for money. Lastly, gross misuse of clearly top talent - Cedric Alexander, for example. Tomasso Ciampa, for another. Michael Elgin, for one more. ROH guys being far better outside of ROH is a recurring theme these days.

Well that's a shame. I had heard about them mistreating Michael Elgin though, wasn't he going to quit wrestling completely at one point? Now look at him.

Uh, with all this of ROH being not so great these days, I am reminded of the fact that I shelled for front row seats for the Reach For The Sky Tour in Liverpool on November 18th.

Been thinking about 2K17, I will wait it for it to get dirt cheap then I'll get it.

Mean time I'll be here with my N64 playing No Mercy and WCW/NWO Revenge. Also lately I've been tweaking my CAW's on Day of Reckoning 2 for the Gamecube.

If 2K wants my money next year, all they have to do is gather up some AKI guys and make a new game based on the classic N64 engine. But they won't. They'll get Yuke's to wank out another clunky PS2 graphic fest with awkward mini games to kick out of pins.

And it will sell enough that the pattern continues ad infinitum.

Hah, I did the same thing for the London show - probably going to regret it, but oh well. Looking forward to seeing guys like Dalton Castle and The Briscoes though.

Blue is getting called up, real happy for him eventhough it's the beginning of the end for his gimmick
Girl bye, I'll always protect my spot!
Congrats on the future honeymoon sex Blue!
Sex will be the casino motherfucker!
You motherfucker don't even try it!

That's the reception music.
Congratulations, Blue, just watch out for angry Samoan assholes when it comes time for the ceremony.
Surprisingly I have none in my wedding.
Weddings can be fun! Congrats!
Brother we're going all the way! BLUEKAMANIA!

Alright enough about Bluekaveli otherwise we'll have Pikma cry and piss his pants about not getting any attention.
He knows this isn't about him,

Congrats Blue!

Which one of us is doing a run-in during the wedding vows
.......
Gonna give the best man a stunner. Time to make a name for myself.

Congrats, Blue!
Rock bottom into the cake! Rock bottom into the cake!
The swerve will be that Zach gives the wedding an F
Zach is a damn F
Somebody play their music on the titantron to distract Blue, I will hide under the table/ring apron with a referee ready to pop out when he is distracted.

So titantron comes on Blue is distracted, I emerge from hiding, ref rings the bell, I immediately roll Blue up for a 3 count then high tail it out of the ring into the crowd.
ROFL
We're not putting his fiance on a pole?

That's for the honeymoon ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I'M dead!

Blue ,what song you will walk down the alter to?
I'm thinking Sexy Boy

Congrats Blue

Both on the wedding and on killing your competition of both TNA, ROH, and Raw. All in one day, damn!!
Thank you brother!

Team Blue always wins.

*Rolls up Blue.
Damn right, you.... Damnit. No!

I'm here to take the roll-up pins for you Blue. It may be a loss for Team D-Minus, but I'll Make Blue Look Strong for your new bride.

The wedding is the only reason they added Blue to the latest season of Total Divas. They needed the footage of it for the ratings because he's a confirmed draw.

On last night's rating:

The average WWE viewer's opinion on any political issue ranges from a Stone Cold 'What?!' to 'I'm voting Trump no matter what, I don't need to see a debate'.

It might feel different around here because we are in our little enclave, but this is a company run by right-wing, retrograde republicans and made for the same crowd. The reason it is not doing so well these days is because they are trying to pretend they are a mainstream product for more than that crowd. You can't pretend to be that, you need to actually be it, because smart people won't be fooled for a minute. So why do they even try? Well here's why:

It's the period of exposure in the late 90's that makes us all want it to be something more than this. The WWE want to be more than this too, but not for the same reasons at all. They want to go back to when people took them kind of seriously as an entertainment product, and it's that period that gives us the 'Indie' wrestler we have now (they watched it and were taken away by the childhood magic of it, and I'm talking people like Daniel Bryan, or probably New Day (not yet confirmed but judging by their input on their gimmick)). A lot of these guys never get the idea into their head 'i want to be a wrestler', without the Attitude Era taking off in the way it did. Make no mistake - it was retrograde too, but it was a unique confluence of cultural factors that nobody, least of all corporate WWE, comprehend that carried this Attitude Era to success.

Wrasslegaf, as well, is a product of that accidental explosion. There is a reason wrestling is looked down upon, folks, and it's got nothing to with it being fake.

During Blue's first dance he's going to push his soon to be wife away and bust out a barrage of wrasslin inspired dance moves:

Disco into Alex Wright into La Parka

Addendum on last night's rating post:

Yes, you will lose a lot of the right wingers to UFC as they grow up and want to seem like men who watch real fights, or even Real Sports, and not that 'fake shit'. This contributes in some way to the fall in viewership because with a product that is so sterile and marketed towards 'mainstream families', 18-34 year old men turn away in favour of something they perceive as edgier and more real. This isn't the reason for the scorn, but it is another ingredient in the curry of WWE's continued decline.
