Questions.
How do I increase density, population, etc? Once I've built my entire city with cheap roads, is the only way to upgrade them to parkways to completely demolish everything and lay down new roads?
How can I best maximize my population? I believe I was once told that any square of road that has the insides zoned for Residential will fill the entire square with Residential buildings eventually. Is this the case no matter how large the space in the square of roads is?
Do more ambulances, police cars, and fire trucks increase the radius of availability for that police station or is the best thing for me to do to expand police presence to simply build a new police HQ? Same for Fire and Health?
How do I build street cars? It would never let me place them.
The tutorial gave me the impression that assigning a trash/ambulance/cop to a neighbor for the fee won't detract my social services in my city... For some reason I don't trust this in the slightest. If I do assign a cop to a neighbor and my city reaches a point that it NEEDS that cop to come back, does this happen automatically?
You can assign cops and the like to foreign cities for money, but they have to request waste/energy/water from you, right?
