High-Tech: Recycling, Education, Nuclear Power
Oil&Mining: Fire, Garbage, Sewage, Dirty Power
Tourism: Water, Shopping, Green Power


How does this look, as a general outline? I took most of it from your post, RentAHamster. Oil&Mining can split the responsibilities, but since it's mostly only 4 cities connected anyway, they should be combined in the same city, if possible

Town Hall expansions should be planned out as well since they can be shared between cities.

Town Hall extensions (and University extensions) can actually be shared among the whole REGION (AFAIK, at least that's what their tooltip says), so I don't think we'll have much of an issue unlocking everything with 16people there. But yes, we definitely can, I think people will just pick whatever the highest priority on their "to-do" list is that's not unlocked yet.

I don't think anyone has 2 (yet), the one that had 2 was a mistake. We'll try fill them all up with 1 city first, then if we still have spare space at launch people can claim their 2nd I'd say. You're always welcome to form other, smaller regions with other gaffers yourself, but these large, "1 city per gaffer" ones are just the official ones.

I just noticed Tudor Isle doesn't have a highway... How am I supposed to start? LOL. I'll have to wait until someone either unlocks ferries or a train station... and then I'll probably need a cash loan, since those stations are fairly expensive from scratch, not? Interesting.

You can have up to 10 cities I think, at least that's how it was in the Beta. So don't worry. These are just the "official" GAF regions, you're free to do whatever else you want
