Yeah, not sure why the aesthetic decision was made to include the stripe. I like the little multi color interspersed in the weave/knit.

I feel like the orange stripe is a homage to those bomber jackets us hood kids use to buy for 20$ at your local street clothes vendor.

Shattered Backboard 31s apparently.
Got a pair of these too...miles better than the ZG.
They're nice and hefty. I really like the weight of them, actually. They look so much better in person too.

The XXX1 is solid. Bought the USA and Banned so far. I hope we can get some different looks like a Jumpman less design or a design with graphics.
Dropped the $$ for Bred 1s on the resell market. I seriously hate Jordan Brands approach to OG 1s. It was easy to get WC IV with Nike Air. Air Jordan 1s with Nike Air in the Black Toe, Chicago, Black/Red, Black/Gray and Black/Royal, forget about it.

That is true. I got three pairs lol. One on release day. Then doubled back to local stores a few weeks later.
The 2013 Chicago release wasn't bad either.
But the Bred 2013 was the start of the 1 insanity (the Royals were so limited).
Saw that the Blackout Flyknit sold out quick today. Nike is on a limited kick lately.

I have a pair 2015 Chicago's that I've been contemplating trading for a pair of Shattered Backboards. Seems like a pretty even trade to me, maybe I'd have to add a small amount of cash. I'm just not sure the best way to go about it.

Sorry about that, was using my phone to snap the pics and was in a rush. Also the details are pretty faint (such as the fireworks print on the insoles) so definitely needed some better lighting to bring out the details.
But ya, I'm looking forward to breaking them in. The price is also fairly reasonable too, which I like.
I got onto the Adidas site 15 mins after they went up and they were gone. Pretty sure I'm fated to never own a pair of NMDs, lmao

Didn't seem to be many pairs. I literally got a pair of sz 9.5 literally at 10am and when i went to grab another it was sold out.
I agree, though I think i like the light pair better.
edit* nevermind, I thought it was the pair that looked like the special forces.

I've ordered a couple of times and no issues. Not sure how accurate their legit check is but there are people that sell fakes on there. If they've gotten through or not, I have no idea.

No problem. I'm not an asshole on the internet lol.
From my experience, it takes about a week. I usually get mine within a 7 day time frame as long as the seller ships in a timely manner. From seller to GOAT, 1-2 days. Authenticating takes 1 more day and then it takes about 2-3 days to get to me. So from seller to California to Georgia. It's a pretty fast process as long as you don't get a lazy seller but they're supposed to ship within 48 hours anyway.

Totally anecdotal, but my experience with the GOAT app has been great. Bought three pairs, no issues, all came in perfect condition.
And the shipping speed was about a week for me as well each time.
