I don't understand the process for putting Retroarch on it. I went through OP's directions, but when I try to put Retroarch on, it pops up with that screen telling me to do the reset button and all that, and/or install the driver. Should I be installing Retroarch from its original kernel, or the custom kernel?
Let's start from the beginning, did you unzip the contents of the retroarch folder into the user_mods folder within the hakchi folder?
Once that's done, have you opened hakchi and went to modules->install extra modules at the top of the menu bar? Did you click the ones you want to install? (For testing purposes, just check snes9x and retroarch for right now.)
After you did this, did you turn off the SNES mini, wait a sec, hold reset, turn it on, wait a sec, then release reset? Once you do that, retroarch should be on there, now you just have to set specific games with --retroarch command line argument at the end of the line and sync your games for it to take effect.
