62 is the limit.
Oh, so you can load 62 on the front screen before your save states get affected at all?
Well, great. I won't be loading nearly that many.

Okay, so I dumped my kernel, installed custom kernel, installed Retroarch, and anytime that I try to sync, I get this
Tried nearly everything to remedy it. Nothing works. Also, "install driver" gives me this
I'm using the default USB cable that came with the SNES Mini.I got this because i was not using the default usb cable that came with the snes.

I had this too. Just turn on your snes mini witout holding reset.
According to hakchi, it looks like the SNES Mini has like 300MB of storage space.Where are all these extra games stored?

Was that with or without the Retroarch modules? I can't get it to detect my SNES Mini by just plugging it in and turning the power button on after flashing to a custom kernel and then installing the Retroarch modules.I had this too. Just turn on your snes mini witout holding reset.

I haven't done so (thankfully), but if something hiccups and you brick your Classic, can you fix it as long as you have the original kernel dumped?

Yeah, even this isn't working. I don't get it.Maybe flash the original and then just start over?
Once it's custom, you should be able to just turn it on when you plug it into the PC
As promised I created an US style SNES DQV boxart based on the original Super Famicom box art.
I will have the DQVI one uploaded shortly.

more, SNES and NES officially.so, which systems does it support? only snes or more?

Sorry i wasnt clear. 62 per page/folder. Save states use the space left over from the ROMs, so it depends on how big your games are.
And it plays zipped roms? How many can you fit in 300MB? (approx)
I'm assuming it is, but is it normal for the SNES to take longer to boot up once you've loaded some stuff on there?
What problems are people having with running Seiken Detsetu 3?
Hold it down for a few seconds? It still works for me.I tried to enable going to the menu over the controller. (down + select)
Didn't work. 🤔
The Hi-Res mode is not working with the built-in emulator so certain texts will be appear blurry in the menu.
Only a select few games take advantage of the Hi-Res mode. Notably Secret of Mana and Kirby's Dreamland 3.
The built-in version of the SNES Classic emulator is doing some sort pre-patch to make Secret of Mana display in the proper Hi-Res mode so the text isn't blurry.
Any other Hi-Res mode enabled games won't work like this and thus the text is blurry in Seiken Densetsu 3 when added to the library.
Using Retroarch is a work around because it displays the game text properly but some folks say the game has slowdowns and performance issues via Retroarch, so I guess it's narrowed down to playing an RPG with some slowdowns or play an RPG with blurry text.
If the modders could figure out how the SNES Classic is loading the Hi-Res mode for the built-in version of Secret of Mana and we could apply this fix to SD3 and Kirby 3, then we wouldn't need to use Retroarch as a workaround for those games.
The New One would be terrific except the golden border is cut off on the right!I didn't like how my previous DQIII Reprise box art turned out, so I re-did it with a better source art.
Same like the others can be found in my album.
For for comparison sake, which one do you guys like better?

Random formatting question:
Is there any way to make games like The Legend of the Mystical Ninja appear in the "L" spot in alphabetical order instead of the "T" spot without changing the display name to "Legend of the Mystical Ninja, The"?
The Hi-Res mode issue is the only thing I am crossing my fingers for that someone is able to figure out how to trigger in Canoe.
SD3 does indeed have slowdown/audio issues via Retroarch.
Edit the Title in Hakchi2.
I had to do that for Super Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. Changed to Super Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back so it appears before Super Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.
