Knowing I can play Turtles in Time now makes me so damn happy. Thank you guys.
Are you using a 3rd party HDMI cable or the original one?Sometimes when I turn on the console the screen shakes and the audio hitches like every 5 seconds. Any idea what could be causing this?
Actually Im using the one that came with the nes classic but Im pretty sure theyre the same, no?Are you using a 3rd party HDMI cable or the original one?

What's the latest version now? Any reason I should wait longer for better hack/compatibility?
If I recall correctly some guys had problems using HDMI cables other than the one that comes with the SNES. Id say its worth a shot.Actually Im using the one that came with the nes classic but Im pretty sure theyre the same, no?
So I was able to Hex edit and apply the IPS patch to Tetris & Dr. Mario. It now fits correctly within the border, but won't respond to button input once you're on the "choose game" screen!
Heeelp
I remember reading Canoe allows the emulated special chip to be set to double or even triple speed which increases the framerate but not the gameplay speed. Is there any way to do some kind of overclocked modded rom for starfox 1 and 2? I finally got around to doing the first level of star fox 1 and man, the framerate is brutal.
I did the hex edit before there was an IPS patch, I have no issues at all.Anyone? Maybe I have a bad dump or did the process wrong somehow?

Yep just the edit here, fits perfectly tested using a border with an outline.Ah, so all you did was the hex edit? Does it fit perfectly within the borders?
Ok thanks.v2.21d (internal version 2.0.21.53) is the latest version.
There's no need to wait for a better hack, since Hakchi is now "complete". Cluster's going to keep working on it, but it already does most of what you will ever want it to do. There will probably be some new features later on, but the core of the program is not going to change.
Some easy to pick up and very enjoyable coop games:Anyone got some suggestions for multiplayer games that anyone could play?
XD
using the Classic Edition variant is interesting.
I actually cropped the logo I use from the exact same picture ha ha
Yep. Nowhere near as good looking or playing. My mind is blown, I had no idea the Aladdin game was totally different to the Genesis version.
Youve done it now!Yep. Nowhere near as good looking or playing.
Slowing down on the whole border thing, but realised I had been terrible by not making a Goemon one. Fixed that.
I hate to ask, but could you take another look at the chrono border? There are some white dots in the art that shouldnt be there. If not, no problem I can live with it.
But you did such a great job on the border as a whole that Id love to get rid of those small blemishes. I dont have photoshop or the skills to use it is why Im asking you.

Without wanting to reopen the Mini vs PC debate, for me one thing I absolutely love about the Mini is how it handles savestates and rewinding. Is there a way for PC emulators to do the exact same thing, particularly a rewind that also allows you to replay your own gameplay forward if you rewind too much (not talking about the typical fast forward that simply accelerates the game, but actually replaying what you did and letting you take control at any time).

this game is indeed still very good.
shame about all the latest tmnt games.

ZSNES had a rewind feature, but it was a one way trip.
Help, I cannot create any save states anymore on my snes mini.
It gives me the c4 error. Are there any solutions for this?
I have around 89 games on my system (gba/gbc and snes). I have them devided into three folders, one with the original 21 games and one folder with 58 added snes games. 10 gba/gbc games are in a third folder.
Thanks in advance for any help!
How much free space do you have?
Has anyone made the arcade cabinet borders for turtles in time??? Otherwise the red curtains work so well. I seem to remember the curtains in the super gameboy / snes too
Going to do this soon, but will I keep my original save states from any of the 21 games I dont hide?
I could move the icon images down there, but they would not function has buttons. If you can move the icons from the top to the bottom like the Switch, that would be amazing.

Good thing at the size the box art ends up at, no one can really tell that I didn't use the exact same fonts the original (like Nintendo of today, I've mostly been using Arial).
