Yeah I'd like to know too.

In the case of non-SNSD artists, when promoting a song they doing about 3-4 live shows per week, each of those appearances require a "rehearsal" before the live broadcast so they know where the camera angles will be throughout the song. So maybe they get enough practice with just that.

I'm pretty sure they practice nonstop before doing their comeback stage to get it perfect. Even after their first performance they probably still practice a few more hours a day at least. These girls get worked to the bone

By 7:30 PM, their music program schedules are over and the girls divide into two and get in different cars. Sunhwa and Ji Eun head off to MBCs Quiz to Change the World, while Hyosung and Zinger return to their rehearsal room to practice for Music Bank, Music Core, and Inkigayo.

By 1:30 AM, Sunhwa and Ji Eun return from their program recording and join the remaining two in order to pull an all-nighter rehearsal again until they head back to their dorms at 4 AM, finally concluding their day.

I think Taeyeon's "leader" thing was purely because she was oldest, or something. And it basically just meant that she spoke for the group in interviews and stuff.

Oh God...I can easily empathize with their feeling of relief when the Japanese gal spoke English. My Korean was conversational in the best situations, barely functional in the worst--and the worst was when I was suffering from the most severe case of acute gastroenteritis that my Korean doc had ever seen. My intestinal tract felt as though it were stretching to the point of tearing, and I was struggling to think straight through the haze of agonizing pain, and when I struggled to answer a few of the doc's questions he said, "I'm comfortable speaking English if you'd prefer that." I nearly wept with relief; he was a youngish doc and it turns out he had spent half of his life in the U.S., so he was totally fluent.

I'm kinda disappointed After School performed Bang at Dream Concert AGAIN this year. I really wish I could have seen a live version of Virgin (are all of them on that song? I'm not sure). I'm hoping maybe they're saving a live version of Virgin for after they're done promoting with Shampoo.
