It'll be because of the marketing, internal software producers, and the third party publishers/developers. The tech running the system won't be at the top of the list, that's for certain...the people who want and buy the systems are gamers, after all.

if sony dominates right out of the gate, I would have to attribute it to MS' stumble at the worldwide launch. Peter Moore was partially right in mindshare.. MS had their place cemented in the industry by the end of this gen, and it was a pretty damn decent place to be. If they lose that next-gen, IMHO they only have one place they need to look for blame.
