The bottoms can vary sometimes, but that shirt is an absolute MUST when I hit the sack. This past month when I didn't wear it (because I thought I left it back at my college dorm), I could hardly sleep. But, I found it yesterday.

You get used to it, but I will admit thinking it was weird at first.

For the record, I sleep that way because undressing to shower and then just get dressed again to go to work/school is insufficient.
