Somerville might be coming to Playstation

This is one of the games I was waiting on to see if it comes to PlayStation.

Lifetime exclusivity only makes sense under relatively uncommon circumstances for third-parties. Most of which relate to porting being difficult for whatever reason.

First party is a bit different because these things form part of the platform's unique brand identity, but again if the team making it is focussed on the parent platform, why dilute that focus by having them take a rival's hardware into consideration at any stage?

I liked the way the story is told and the visuals are great, but it wasn't exactly a great game when it comes to controls. For example, I was stuck in one place and even though I understood the puzzle, I couldn't progress further. I checked for the solution on YT and turned out I was doing what I was supposed to, just my actions didn't register.

Planet of Lana is better and even though I will probably be in minority, Bramble: The Mountain King is better too.

One of my biggest disappointments of last year, really great concept and art style but absolutely awful once you actually play it.

And good luck figuring out some parts without a walkthrough, it's not necessarily complicated but even with the right idea you'll struggle to get the game to register the right action if you're two pixels to the left of what the game wants.

Hated it.

Really, REALLY shitty game!

brilliant game

Gave up on it at that Glastonbury festival scene, trying to stretch power cables in the exact way the game wanted them stretched. It's very much a poor man's Limbo, not much fun at all.
