Seems like they always have problems with their streams. I remember them having a load of problems with the paley center stream they did earlier this year and it started late last year.

I didn't get a chance to re-watch all of Season 4 before the premiere so i am not 100% clear on it but i am pretty sure Jax didn't order him to do what he did.

Could of been a contract issue, shooting issue or maybe he didn't wanna return so they killed him off.

Either way it makes sense in the timeline that hes dead because the guy held him responsible for his daughters death, so he buried the mother fucker.
