No, only thing Hunicke said its that will come to multiple platforms, but we dont know which platforms and what kind of deal it is now that Sony doesnt own the game anymore.


Also, people shouldnt invest that much on the console exclusive talk when it comes to indie stuff too. Firewatch was announced as a console exclusive but came on Xbox 9 months later. These indies games end up on most platforms possible, which is a great thing for them.

Sony didn't pay for anything as far as I'm aware. Based on what Atlus has said, the NA box was merely a mistake, EU copies have the Only on PlayStation label.

Btw, a few of those labels on the list are wrong, SamNW. Just from skimming through it:
- Yakuza 0 is platform exclusive in the west (not just NA either)
- Digimon World is platform exclusive in the west
- Berserk is "8th Generation Console Exclusive" (though I feel at that point you may as well just say Console Exclusive)
- What Remains of Edith Finch and Wattam are up in the air, they may come to other consoles now that Sony isn't publishing them
- Yakuza Kiwami is platform exclusive

And the lack of Cosmic Star Heroine is shameful.

Dreams and Matterfall are TBA. As a matter of fact it's probably better to have all 2018+ games as TBA unless they've come out and said so.

Matterfall was "confirmed" for 2017 in that Sony Europe video. Yoshida clarified that Detroit and Dreams were not meant to be included, but made no mention of Matterfall. Went ahead and added "TBA" to anything 2018+ (but retained estimates where appropriate).

Wattam is not platform exclusive any longer bud

Yes, that was a typo of sorts. Thanks for catching it. Changed to "Exclusivity Uncertain," but remains on the list until clarified.

Thats not what he said, he didnt mention because he wasnt asked. That Sony video is not confirming any game for 2017 besides the ones which already had that confirmation (Horizon, NioH, GT Sport...)

Until clarified, it's more or less a matter of interpretation. I suspect that a more blanket "none of this is necessarily slated for 2017" statement would have been issued if that were the case. That video is the best indication of a release window that currently exists. In any case, the functional difference here is microscopic.

I agree that GR2, sadly, has plenty of business reasons to not get big marketing.

But I still think SIEA is really shitty in regards to GR2 regardless.

Put it this way...

SIE Europe and Japan put up the GR2 Japanese cat advertising on YouTube.

SIEA didn't.

SIEA can't even do the half-arsed job of promoting GR2 with pre-existing content from another region, and excuses like "b-b-b-ut it's Japanese actors" fly out the window when Europe team has no discomfort about it.

Could be part of the marketing that Sony have with Activision, but I agree that it wouldn't hurt to promote Gravity Rush 2 a little on Twitter.

You're right, but at this point I think assuming Crash Bandicoot will be a PS4 exclusive (timed in the very least) is probably a safe bet.

They are working on a new IP. Most likely revealed at E3 this year.

The last two years we had many game announcements, I think most of the 1st Part studios have announced their game of course except Sucker Punch. This means, we're gonna see gameplay of Spiderman, more of Days Gone, Death Stranding should also offer us a short gameplay trailer.
Dreams is safe, I dont think we're gonna see any details of TLOU2. Detroit and GT: Sport could also offer us some new gameplay even I think, GT: Sport will launch in May or June. There's gonna be a lot gameplay reveal and less game announcements from 1st/3rd Party studios.

And other 3rd Party stuff. I really hope Gameplay reveal of RDR2 and Bloodborne 2.

I hope Kojima doesn't waste his time on demos for every major conference for the next three years. Let them maybe come back at E3 next year when they have something really substantial to show.

I really hope that Bloodborne 2 (or whatever's next from From) and Sucker Punch's new game are a lock though. Also need launch windows for Days Gone, Spider-Man and God of War.
