From what I recall, there is no significant difference in dick sizes between blacks and whites.

True, but are we interesting in the actual penetrative pleasure a woman derive from different sized penii, or the combined effect of penetration and the sight of different sized penii has on a woman?
Either way, the penis need to be measured by researchers, not estimated by the woman involved in the sex act or from her memory of said sex act.

As it stands, this study is laughable and poor science.

I remember reading that the Kinsey study (like most of these, except the korean one) was self reported, so take it with a grain of salt. And he tended to interview some particular cases more than others, so his selection too was a bit biased on the large side.
