I dunno if this has been posted already (search finds nothing recent), but I was curious to when the new series started, so I hit up SPS and learned when the new series started, for those who aren't aware yet:

Feb 22 - Season 5 on DVD
Mar 9 - Season 9 begins (episode 901)
Apr 5 - Team America on DVD
Oct 19 - Season 9 1/2 begins

Woo! Hope it's good. Needs more satan worshipping creatures.

AFAIK there's still a 10th season to follow, making the last South Park episode run in December 2006.

I'll be sad, too, but I'm glad they're stopping before the ideas run dry (assuming seasons nine and ten aren't crap). We all know how painful it is to watch a good show go bad.
